“May wife and I switched carriers and got new phones at this location. We changed my line over on line and when we went to pick it up decided to change both lines over. The whole process was quick and painless at the store. My phone worked immediately as we were driving home. We took her SUV because of the distance (my truck gets 1/3 the mileage) so I got to check my new iPhone first. Everything was 5/5 with it. When we got home her phone didn't work. We called Verizon customer care and for some reason my phone was set to activate immediately and her phone was set to activate the next day at 11:30am. We were told it was set up that way in the store? They sent a QR code to my email and her phone worked inside of 5 minutes. The 4* is because of 5* phone customer service and 3* store service. Looking back we should have just had them activate both phones and set them up in store.”
