“The employees in this store are wonderful! The prices at Harbor Freight are so much better than the big box stores like home Depot or Lowe's. I don't think I have seen a warranty backed by a store like this since Craftsman many years ago with Sears. “I love harbor freight, but whatever vendor they changed to for the sanding belts, suck. The original one's I used to buy were bright red 36 grit. Now they're burgundy 40 grit and on metal, they wear out instantly. Again, I go to harbor freight every other day and I love the tools, but please change back to the original sanding belts those darker colored ones SUCK! I feel dirty going to home depot to buy them (lol), but unfortunately that's what I've been doing”

“Convenient to my residence but much too small of a space for the amount of product the store carries, and as a result organization and claustrophobia can often become a problem. Several times it’s taken 5-10 minutes to locate an employee when I’ve had questions or am ready to complete a purchase.”
“If you're looking for a Benjamin Moore paint store in the Philly suburbs, you Must come to this store!!! I traveled from West Chester to Bridgeport to buy paint from these guys.Price: Unbeatable!!! This store was about $15 less than all the other stores in my area. Not only were they cheaper, they gave me a painter's discount and a free t-shirt... I love t-$hirts but I love them even more when they're free.Service: Outstanding!!! The staff here is exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable. They don't try to upsell you nor trick you into buying things you don't need. You can ask a million and one questions and they will answer them all and still leave you with some genius advice you never thought of. When you come here for the first time you'll feel like you've been coming here forever. “Went in today to pickup a new window A/c unit. A young lady by the name of Adrianna helped me. She was super well spoken, told me exactly the size and strength unit I would need to cool my apartment, and helped me find a cart to move the unit with.
The unit works great, and the store is fine, but my interaction with her is why Im leaving this review. She deserves a raise and a promotion with the great attitude and knowledge she possesses. 11/10 stars. When I come back for other items, I hope shes the store associate to help me!”
“Josh is the Man!
I own a rental that has an 80 year old woman living their that has health problems. The AC stopped working, I troubleshot that the 50/5 capacitor was defective. This Woman really needs the air conditioning. I called Josh at Johnstone Supply in Hatfield 4 minutes before closing at 4:56pm. All other HVAC supply stores were already closed at 4:30pm. Most customer service people would just not answer the phone so close to the closing time. Josh answered, I told him what I was dealing with & that I would really appreciate it if I could pay by credit card for the capacitor and pick it up outside the store because it would take another 1/2 hour to get there. I told Josh I would completely take responsibility for the capacitor if it got stolen. Josh not only said he would be glad to help me but would not accept payment for the capacitor considering the circumstances. I picked up the capacitor where Josh said he left it. I installed the capacitor in the rain where the rental is in Quakertown. AC is working Great!
Josh deserves this review. There should be more people in this world like Josh. Thank You Josh & Johnstone Supply in Hatfield!”

“Great place! They make key copies for only $1.99 and also fix phone screens. I got my screen fixed here, and the price was much lower than other places like Home Depot. They sell drills that come as complete sets with all the bits included for a really cheap price. They also mix paint, which is very convenient. Highly recommended!”

“From their sales counter, their sales personnel, their fabrication department, their in stock items from Francis to mini splits AC unit parts and all the tools you can imagine and if they don’t have it, they probably can get it. I’ve been done with these guys for over 30 years it’s just a wonderful experience every time you go into this Company. All the sales reps are very, very knowledgeable. I can go on about my experience there.”
“This place is great. I admit I often go to Home Depot for plumbing parts because it's closer, but when they don't have what I need, or what they do have is junk, I go to Grove Supply. I'm always surprised that the price is about the same. The parts are always better, and you can often get some advice while you're there. Grove even delivers for a very reasonable price. I wish it was closer to Media, PA.”
