“The people at Hampden Automotive are awesome! My car wouldn't start at 5am one weekday and I drive 2 hours to work. I called them at 5:20am to see if they could help me and someone came out at 5:45am to look at my vehicle. It needed to be jumped but I also needed a new battery. They told me to drop it off at the shop. I moved here a few months ago so no family or friends to help me. They loaned me a vehicle so I could get back home until it was fixed. Great customer service and they go above and beyond to help their customers! Reasonably priced mechanics and they do a fantastic job! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a mechanic! “HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I used to work on my own vehicles so I know when a place tries to upsell or tell you that you need something when you may not. This place did not do that to me. They just simply recommended it and did not push the sale. One time I had a stripped bolt in a brake caliper and they did not try to sell me a new caliper. They actually were able to get the old bolt out, rethread it, put some lock tight and a lock washer on it for me. Saved me $800 at the dealer. Great work guys.”
“I can’t say good enough about my car buying process at Bobby Rahal used outlet. Brendan was PHENOMENAL, I had a very specific/small budget and needed help finding what worked for me. He had me set up and ready to look at what would fit my budget 30 minutes after I called in. He is extremely kind and patient. Claire and Ragena were amazing working with my crappy credit score and history. I wasn’t even hoping to be able to get GAP but they got it in there! “Passing through from out of state and had a big vibration/wobble in the steering wheel from an unbalanced wheel. I called ahead and told them my issue, and they said come on by even though they were extremely busy. They fit us in and balanced the wheels, and we were back on the road in well under an hour. Extremely professional and helpful! Thank you all so much.”
“Had a set of out-of-balance wheels/tires Road Force balanced by Staub's team, and despite the fact that my car is pretty sensitive to the balance of wheels and tires, they were smooth as butter after Staub fixed 'em up! They were super easy to work with, great with communication (Jason and Amanda were both great) and were able to get the job done within two days of me reaching out. Not to mention they went above and beyond to tell me which wheel should go on which corner of the car for maximum smoothness. Absolutely will be a return customer, and I highly recommend!”
“I remember taking my Satin Silver Metallic 2001 Acura Integra GSR there about 10 years ago when my regular suspension guy was booked out. Their knowledge with obscure vehicles, and frame repair is second to none. They have an entire shop manual library of obscure European, and Japanese cars of the 60's, 70's and 80's on their bookshelves.
Although I haven't been back in a long time. After 10 years I was forced to sell my 2001 Acura for cheap due to the engine suffering catastrophic failure in June 2024, and I myself was also suffering other hardships at the time. All good things come to an end.
I will drive the extra 45 minutes to go back there with my current car. Because to this day, I never had a shop do such good alignment, so personable, and kind, or with such good rates. Dan the owner, truly is the man, and kids were Mannheim Central High School graduates, (the school I attended as a child). (other than my main guy here in Etown Keener Tire who is always booked out), Dan is the place for suspension, frame work, and alignments. ;-)”
“Could not have been more impressed with the team at Lawrence Chevrolet. I recently made a purchase of a new truck and everyone there was fantastic. After weeks of searching for the vehicle I wanted and many interactions with other dealerships, I was pleased to find and buy from them at Lawrence. From the time I was interested in a vehicle my sales guy Ned was all over it and there to assist. He wasn’t like other sales guys from other dealerships, he was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles. That level of service isn’t something you find anymore from other dealerships. “I am an inspection mechanic that moved here last October from Bucks County. I usually do all of my own work, I am limited because I'm disabled and only have ramps. I searched for Inspection stations in the area and found Kellers, I had good vibes about them, so we took our vehicles to them, and thank God we did. These guys are honest, up front, and care about their customers. Sometimes they try to find used parts to lessen the burden on the customers. They are excellent mechanics and I trust my baby in their hands”
“If I could give Chad 1,000 stars for his support and professionalism I would!! I was recently car shopping with my mom to get her something a bit newer with better technology, safety features and reliability. Chad really took the time to listen to what she was looking for in her next car and was able to make some recommendations based on what she needed. He took the time to test drive multiple cars with her and knew all the different details and features on each car. She ultimately ended up loving the first car she test drove and bought it the next day. Throughout the whole process Chad was unbelievably professional and very knowledgeable. He spent extra time with her to go over the car and make sure she was set up with all the technical features she wanted to use before taking the car home. The service that Bobby Rahal provides before, during and after the sale is top notch and they go above and beyond another local car dealers. Also it’s a Lexus so it’s going to run forever which put my mind at ease knowing she was making a good purchase financially. “Best mistake EVER! A yr ago neighbor referred me to a shop & I accidentally called Haas instead when looking for the phone #. Not only were Donna & Dan so accommodating to schedule me in for major work & inspection in a timely manner but I did end up getting a call from the “other guy” that I was referred to and he was RUDE, more expensive & didn’t seem to want the business even though I knew his relative. I have taken 2 of my cars now to Dan for the last year and he is always helpful, great knowledge, does honest work. Thank you all at the shop for all you do.”
“Been going here for quite a few years now with old junker cars(under $2-3k cars). Trustworthy place that dont tell me stuff needs fixed when it doesnt need to be. Will look over anything I think may think is a problem and let me know my options, and a lot of times its something simple or nothing at all. Really nice family owned place that doesnt rip me off and actually gets the work done. Keep going back year after year and haven't been disappointed yet. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a new shop.
And the dog may look scary, but is a big baby that I enjoy seeing when I stop in ?”

I definitely recommend him if you have any mold or mildew problems in your vehicle as well as basic detailing. He was able to remove the awful mold and mildew smell from a sunroof leak in my car.
