“We blew a tire on the interstate on our converted shuttle bus. It was an inside rear so we were able to get off the road to a safe place. We ordered new tires online. They arrived about 3pm. We had pulled the 2 tires off the right side so when the new tires arrived, we were able to load 1 old & 1 new tire in our towed. We drove about 2 miles to McCarthy. They close at 4, so we were pressed for time but they started to dismount & mount those tires while we went back to get the other 1 old & 1 new. They were quick, professional & reasonably priced for the service”

“I went to Rahal's Honda after noticing a thumping noise coming from my right side rear on a Honda Accord that I'd just purchased in Maryland. I spoke to Brad and Andy in service. I didn't have an appointment but they had one of the technicians look at my tire and sure enough there was a piece of metal sticking out. They repaired the tire for me while I waited. Since I had just purchased the car out of state it needed to be inspected... they arranged it so I could get my inspection done that day, also while i waited. I've never in my life been treated so kindly at a dealership in my life. These two guys went way above and beyond to make life a little easier after purchasing an out of state vehicle. Actually what i just mentioned was just the tip of the iceberg... they were also an invaluable source of information regarding what i had to do to get my new car registered, and legal in PA. Andy and Brad, we can't thank you enough!!”

“We went here for our tire. We got a nail in in it and we tried to plug it but it didn't hold. We were looking for a place coming back from Florida for Christmas and that's when we found this place! Best people i have met in a long time. We have 3 people and a dog. They left us stay in the office well they fixed the tire. Only took 30 minutes! Very friendly people and if you want your car fixed definitely would recommen!”
“Headlight burned out, and according to YouTube, I'd have to go up through the will-well to change it. Didn't trust my minimal mechanic skills, so called a couple garages I've used before, but neither could squeeze me in anytime soon. Figured I'd give a&b a try since they are about 5 minutes away even though they looked like they had plenty of work. They said to bring it in the next morning and they'd work it in somewhere. I had it there by 9, and by 1130 they were done. Charged me less than $20. I've found my new garage for both repairs and routine maintenance. These guys are awesome.”
“I agree with what everyone else is saying. An absolute pleasure having my car serviced here. I was unsure of the service history of my car so asked them to go over the car and give it a tune up. They did just that and didn't charge me for anything the car didn't need. A very honest service centre and I will definitely continue to use them. Reasonably priced as well. Very happy customer.”

“I can’t say good enough about my car buying process at Bobby Rahal used outlet. Brendan was PHENOMENAL, I had a very specific/small budget and needed help finding what worked for me. He had me set up and ready to look at what would fit my budget 30 minutes after I called in. He is extremely kind and patient. Claire and Ragena were amazing working with my crappy credit score and history. I wasn’t even hoping to be able to get GAP but they got it in there! “I am an inspection mechanic that moved here last October from Bucks County. I usually do all of my own work, I am limited because I'm disabled and only have ramps. I searched for Inspection stations in the area and found Kellers, I had good vibes about them, so we took our vehicles to them, and thank God we did. These guys are honest, up front, and care about their customers. Sometimes they try to find used parts to lessen the burden on the customers. I originally brought in my older (2010, 200k+ miles) minivan for a relatively minor issue, but they also noticed a larger repair that needed done--- something that had been an on and off struggle for awhile with patches and repairs, so I do absolutely trust it was an honest find. Instead of just making several thousand dollars off me, the owner had a very open conversation with me about my options regarding the longterm longevity of my vehicle, further repairs they would potentially need to do down the road, etc. I ended up purchasing a newer vehicle instead, and I look forward to being a long term customer at T&M. “Took my vehicle to Rahal Acura to have a suspension diagnosis. I was thinking there is something wrong. The technician drove the vehicle and personally informed me that all suspension systems/parts were fine. He would not recommend any repairs or replacements. It's 16 yrs old with over 217,000 miles. I was prepared for the worst, but he gave me his personal opinion that all is well, just an older vehicle. Honestly, he could have said that I needed repairs costing over a thousand dollars, and I would not have known better. But this is the character of the Rahal Acura technicians. Over the years I have had similar experiences, not just with technicians but the entire staff. I will continue to support Rahal Acura, and I recommend them highly.”
