“Went in on Feb 12 to open a new checking and savings personal account. Made an appointment online for 9AM EST. Door was already opened 5 minutes before, when I arrived. I was greeted by staff, and was took back to a room with the branch manager. Very simple and easy process, only took around 15 minutes. She was very kind, and made sure I understood everything. My family has banked with M&T Bank for over 10 years, i'm very happy with this bank, and this branch. The staff is very kind, and you can get things done efficiently. “I had a problem with a dealership that I was working with because they gave me a significantly high interest-rate that a college student would not afford, but fortunately enough, Stephanie was there in in the branch, and she hooked me up with almost half of that interest-rate she was extremely helpful she stayed after hours with me because I came 30 minutes before closing and we did not leave until she got my application submitted for the auto loan. The very next day i was approved.”

“Our Member’s 1st branch is the Market Plaza Branch due to an outstanding Member Service Representative II by the name of Martin Littleton. In December 2024 our bank account and credit cards were hacked and compromised. Needless to say, this was very stressful! We were greeted by a service representative who identified himself as Martin with a firm handshake and assurance that he would take good care of us. He listened attentively, asked appropriate questions regarding the hacking of our accounts then preceded to lay a plan on how to protect our old accounts while opening new accounts. He contacted others within Member’s 1st on our behalf to bring the desired resolution. My wife and I were relieved knowing that this dire situation was being resolved. Martin followed up with us several times after our initial meeting to check in and provide updates. We are very pleased to be a member of Members 1st and especially pleased to having worked with Martin.”

Major pain in the butt….however, we made an appointment to speak with a banker (his name escapes me) who could not have been more helpful or professional. He took his time triple checking to make certain we would not need to make a return trip to conclude our business with Wells Fargo.”

“I love ACNB Bank in Dillsburg Pa. Everyone is amazing ? ?. They are so nice and treat you like a person not just a number.They have a great sense of humor too..If you are having any problems or need assistance with anything they will help you and get the job done all with a smile.This is by far the best bank I have been to. I could dive 5 miles to another ACNB Bank but instead I driver 18 miles just because of the people who work there.If you're considering a bank make ACNB Bank your choice and if possible make the branch in Dillsburg Pa your bank. You won't regret it and like me you will find every person who works there great.”
