“I like this store. The staff is always so nice, they have lots of interesting things to buy. Their prices are fantastic, it's similar to several other department stores, but their prices are usually much much lower. If you haven't been there, you should definitely take a look, there is absolutely something for everyone.”

I looked for my items, purchased them on the self check out, which I love and then I left after using the cart there. “Love the bargains that you can find in there I also love the fact that I can get fabric softener near for only 5 bucks although it's called Dollar general you can get things in there for $3 and up do you really have good deals. They are well stopped. Cast your head with both friendly and courteous. I love my Dollar tree”
“This Dollar Tree location on Pontiac Rd in Havertown has very good employees that keep the store well stocked and organized. When I was shopping I've noticed this store has a great amount of stock and a delivery truck was dropping off more stock on pallets. The employees were very helpful trying to find my item that wasn't down any aisles. My item was actually at the register check out. Keep up the good work ? -Good Luck in 2026 & Beyond.”
“Always so helpful, They have a couple of items in there that you can only find at this hair store which is another reason why I love this one so much. In and out, I wish they would expend the size of they store. Because I'm in a wheelchair and there's a lot of the store I can't access because of the store size but other than that even with the fact that there's places in the store that I can get to their always willing to lend a hand to help me get the items I need. Prices are to be expected we are pretty much the same everywhere you go not too high, not to low. Right in the middle.”
“Love this place! A variety of things. Aluminium baking pans galore. Check out the discount bin to the right of the front doors. Was able to snag heavy sweatshirts for $2 in a plus size! Reminds me of the old 5 and dime stores from my childhood.”
“Day before Christmas it was pretty packed but the lines were moving at a really good pace, I think I was inline for 3 or 4 minutes; But the store was still pretty well stocked what's it being 11:00 in the morning Christmas Eve.”

“They are a good source for 3x5 Mead brand notebooks. This also includes the refills. These are all paper stationary items in this store, the last time I went there quite frankly nothing would need a battery.”
“Shaniyah The Assistant Manager at Five Below located at Pontiac Rd In Drexel Hills is absolutely exceptional. I had been looking for a specific cosmetics item, and she made sure it was ordered and even held it behind the counter for me because she remembered how much I wanted it. That level of care truly meant a lot.
Her smile is contagious, and she brings such positive energy to the store. She’s Genuine, always busy, always helping, and always making customers feel welcome.
Shaniyah is a tremendous asset to Five Below and is more than deserving of recognition and Prompt advancement into a leadership role.”
“This is a great place to pick up plastic containers, storage bags, paper plates, napkins, foil pans, etc. The guy that works there is really nice and super helpful. I assume his name is Danny... Hmm... Will have to ask him next time. Anyway, they have some good stuff at great prices!”
“One of the better Dollar Tree locations. Has a wide variety of products (more than the average DT) that are well stocked. Aisle are clean and clear of boxes even on a Sunday morning when items are being restocked. Prices are clearly marked if not $1.25. Staff are kind and courteous. However, the cashier automatically gave me 2 bags and charged me for it without asking first if I wanted them. I have no problem being charged for the bags but at least be fully transparent and ask customers first before adding a charge for something they may not want or need. Items were quickly bagged by the cashier leaving me little time to state my case without holding up the line. Regardless, the store comes recommended.”
“This is one of the largest Dollar Tree stores I have been in. The staff are always friendly and it is the cleanest and most organized Dollar Tree I have ever been to -- and yes, I've been to lots of them in four states! Plus the variety of food, snacks, crafts, beauty items, and seasonal offerings cannot be beat.”
“This Dollar Tree location is well-stocked, presentable, and stays well on top of stocking its seasonal items to meet demand. Most importantly, you can buy a tree for a dollar here, so it lives up to its name (as proven by YouTube icon Sambucha).”
“Loving the new location, although I do have fond memories of growing up at the old location. It appears to be clean & well organized with additional items being stocked on the the daily. Prices are very fare on most items and an addition of many other variety of brands. Found the staff's friendliness 50 / 50, with some being very helpful while others didn't want to be there or bothered. Being a new location and fresh job opportunity for everyone you would think they have a better attitudes. Other than that I will be coming back here for future visits.”

“I used to rock over to the Dollar General on Lancaster Ave and always had to check the dates on my food... After getting Coke Zero that expired months earlier and tasted like butt. I never have that issue with this location. The shelves are always stocked too. It's like... an upgrade.”
“I really only go to this place to pick up stuff from the Amazon locker inside. I loved how the store was open until 11pm. That is, until I saw a sign on the front door informing the public of new store hours in effect as of 9/28/2025. 8AM-8PM. Wrote this review in hopes someone else doesn’t find themselves in the same boat I was.”
“Good evening Google Family. My first time visiting this location of the Dollar Tree, which should be called Dollar Plus since there is nothing in here that is only a dollar. I visited to purchase artificial flowers, some snacks for the movies, and toothbrushes. The Dollar Tree male associate was Omar and he asked for customer service, since I paid for my items with $2.00 bills. He was not sure whether the Dollar Tree accepted $2.00 bills. The lady manager came over and she said yes, they accept $2.00 bills. It was hilarious because the young male customer behind me heard that I paid by $2.00 bills and he wanted them. So the young lady manager exchanged his money for the $2.00 bills and he was happy. I found everything in this Dollar tree location that I desired today and I had a good experience here today. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years. It felt good to be in this location again. I like this area very much. I have patronized the Shop Rite and the Giant that is in the same area.”

“I stopped at this store to get some pain patches for my back pain. The two young ladies who assisted me (sorry I didn't get their names) were absolutely AMAZING,such BEAUTIFUL SOULS! They even recommended what patches and pain relief medication to get. They also offered to assist me with putting the patches on my back. Its good to know, there's still some LOVING, CARING, and UNDERSTANDING people in the world! According to the receipt, one of the young ladies names was Cheryl. 2 THUMBS UP to the two AMAZING sales associates! You guys made my day! Such a great experience.”
