The guy helping her made everything so easy I think his nametag said “Po” the whole staff that was working today at 3pm was fun, amazing customer service, overall great vibe. If I was a T-Mobile Customer, I would definitely go to that location for any needs.”

I recently visited the Verizon store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Kenyatta. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful.
Kenyatta took the time to listen carefully to my needs and explained all my options clearly without any pressure. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the plans, promotions, and technical details, which made my decision-making process so much easier. Her patience and friendly demeanor turned what could have been a stressful visit into a smooth and positive experience.
Thanks to Kenyatta’s expertise and excellent customer service, I was able to resolve my issue quickly and even upgraded my plan with full confidence. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly before I left.

“Bobby helped me and my mom set up an appointment and went over everything and took so much time with us. Originally I was just gonna get a new phone for myself and did not know my options and he went above and beyond to help me and my mom understand the best options and differences between plans and took extra time and patience explaining how our new phones would work and helped us with the best pricing options. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and very generous for staying an hour past closing when he didn’t have to, to inform us with updated information and what would be the most appropriate and cost effective options. He even helped my mother understand and work her new iPhone better than I could have ever helped explain. I highly recommend seeing him and this location! “Darius was great in helping us with adding my wife to my plan. He’s friendly and professional while also being relaxed making us feel comfortable. He helped me realize that I qualified for a business account and saved us money not only for our cells but also on our home internet. Henry, the manager came by to introduce himself and talk with us while there were no other customers to help. He’s also super friendly, the store just has a good atmosphere. We were going to switch my wife online but are happy we went to this store instead.”

“I’ve found this place through Google and happy that I did as I was initially unaware of this establishment. I brought my phone in due to my screen not working. Upon meeting the owner, he is very pleasant, professional, and informative. I then left my phone with him in hopes of fixing it. Sadly, the issue with my phone was beyond their scope but I truly appreciate the honest effort in fixing it - as well as the owner not charging me (not even for labor) due to being unable to fix the issue. I fully support any place that works with integrity like this. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The owner even recommended a place to me to help fix my now motherboard issue.”

“My wife and I had a tremendous experience at the AT&T store at 1100 Baltimore Pike recently (2/11/2026 at 5:30pm). We had purchased a new cellular iPad and were having trouble transferring the service from the old one to the new. The associate at the store, Shay, was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and solved our issue in under 30 minutes. What more can you ask?
Shay was a great ambassador for AT&T. She also discussed other plan and service options with us in order to reduce our costs - and while we didn't choose to make those changes on this visit - you can be sure that Shay's outstanding customer service will be the reason we come back to do so in the future.”
“Ok so was quick to give a bad review about my experience at a different AT&T store, the 778 W. Sproul Rd., Springfield, PA, which was so horrible this past Sunday. Now this AT&T store, which is actually closer to me, was a completely different experience. A representative named Jordan at this store was actually pleasant and helpful, unlike the people at 778 W. Sproul Rd. who are there to try to take advantage of you with purposefully deceptive sale practices. He was able to help us undo and correct the nightmare that 778 Sproul Rd. had created for us. Jordan and another rep there, a female who I wish I remembered her name, were extremely knowledgeable and understanding. They restored our faith in AT&T as a business and our service provider. Thank you so much to Jordan he provided excellent customer service and exceeded our expectations. We will be doing all of our business there in the future!”

“There was a spectacular employee working here that tried her best to be speedy although she was working alone, she tried to get everyone the best deals and showed she was knowledgeable about the products, but most impressively she showed amazing tact. See, I have a massive infection in my leg which can give off a TERRIBLE odor if not changed daily or sometimes twice daily. I hadn't changed them yet and I know it smelled bad. I think her name was Jesse. Anyway, she was extremely polite even though I know she was suffering. Metro should be proud to have an employee with such excellent customer service!”
