“This dog wash is an absolute delight. My girls and I were treated so warmly. Everything I could need was handed to me. I anticipated that bringing my two dogs at the same time would be tedious and potentially challenging but NO! I had such a pleasant experience! The gentleman that assisted me was so helpful and patient. Prices are absolutely great. You cannot go wrong with this place. I most certainly see myself becoming a regular here. I only regret not coming here sooner and struggling in my home this long.”

“We completely LOVE Chilly Dog's products. My dog Atticus has 7 Chilly Dog sweaters. The sweaters are extremely well-made and stylish for dogs. For this purchase, we bought a daisy sweater and a flower scarf for Atticus' cousin Daisy. Daisy is a super cute Frenchie. See Daisy in the photos. Daisy loves her daisy sweater and flower scarf! She looks great in them.”

“Super helpful staff. My dog had an upset stomach and the vet recommended some food/diet supplements and modifications. I called concord pet and luckily the manager answered and helped me select some frozen chicken meal they have great success with along with a Probiotic powder to mix in. With a couple cans of organic pumpkin. They even offer a 10% military/law enforcement discount!Highly recommend”

“I love shopping here. They gave me recommendations for food that would help with my three large dogs shedding, they always carry my large bags of kibble and cases of wet food to the truck for me, and once a year they have a 50%off sale on everything in the store!”
“We love taking our dog there for her bath! $11 well spent, clean, shampoos, conditioners, etc provided. You can blow dry, but I would still recommend bringing a towel for after as well as a collar that you can hook your dog onto the tub. Helpful staff!”

“This Concord Pet is great. I bring my dog here, since PetSmart can be a little overstimulating. I let him pick out his own treats or toys, and most of the employees are pretty helpful.
The manager in particular is very helpful, and very kind. She's given my dog samples before and is quite sweet to him.
The prices in general are more competitive with online stores than they used to be, but not always. Still, it's great for supporting local businesses and they're nice to my pittie boy, so I can definitely recommend this location.”

“We took puppy classes with Jim, and we loved Jim, his knowledge and expertise so much that we signed up for the next level! Jim has really made our puppy, Ham, such a better listener and taught her calming techniques that really come in handy with an excitable puppy. Jim is a kind professional and the dogs seem to instantly love him (and so do we!)
We also do grooming with Danny, and we were a bit nervous after all the different stories you hear about chain grooming salons, but Danny is just as fantastic as Jim! Ham always looks and smells great, and we love her Pawgress report. We will continue with Danny for all her grooming, and hope to continue Ham through the training levels!”
“This location has very spacious isles to move around with cart. We specifically went for fish items. Fish were fairly priced along with other items. Everything for the most part was still in stock for a Sunday late afternoon. Staffing was very friendly & informative. Definitely would recommend.”
“I get my Spikes pawdicure every 2 weeks. The price can't be beat at 26.00 a visit and they clean his ears, trim and grind his nails. The grooming staff is awesome I don't have just one steady groomer because they are all great. My smooth haired chihuahua who used to have to take trazedone to get services no longer needs it. Although he's still very squirmy and a little difficult to do, the staff gets it done with a smile. And my Spike doesn't seem to mind especially after I give him a cookie I bought for him when I checked out. The staff makes it a pleasure to be there.”
“Sophia helped me out with getting proper jumper cables and when i returned she helped me get the battery my car needed to return to peak performance! She is an angel and certainly knows her stuff. Everything was found super fast. I truly believe there’s no better person we could have run into for help..! We’ll be shopping here more due to the always incredible support and service.
