“This was great for me and my dogs! The gentleman was very helpful and polite! They had a heated kennel as my one dog waited for me to finish with the other. It was a great help for them to have all the supplies and the right tools already there! I don't have to worry about clogged tubs or my sinks at my house anymore! The only downside is that I wish they more hours and are open more for later hours.”

“I took my dog to their self wash area. Great experience! I highly recommend.The staff explained the area and gave me all the supplies I needed - bottles of shampoo and conditioner, ear cleaner and cotton balls, and four towels and even an apron for me. All I had to bring was a brush.The bath and wash area were very clean. There are two baths of different sizes to choose from. My 47lb dog was perfect in their large tub and was at a height that didn’t strain my back. The water temp was completely adjustable and had good flow.After bathing, there is a high volume dryer with a long flat nozzle hose using room temp air. (Think a vacuum blowing in reverse ?).Availability is first come, first served. I had no wait time in the middle of a weekday morning.All this for only $15 and well worth it! Will go back!”

The company immediately refunded me the money I paid. Rarely can a company be found that responds so quickly to a customer! She’s usually very difficult for nail cutting, the last two times I took her somewhere else they had to stop before all the nails were cut because she was so upset. That didn’t happen with Erin at Pet Supplies Plus. She did a fantastic job and got all of my girl’s nails clipped and looking good. We will be going to her every time from now on.”

I called concord pet and luckily the manager answered and helped me select some frozen chicken meal they have great success with along with a Probiotic powder to mix in. Rachel here at pet supplies plus took care of our baby and all you have to do is look at Noel’s face and see that Noel couldn’t be happier with the way she looks; absolutely beautiful!!!
