“Nate was the most helpful at&t person I have ever came across. After days of getting wrong information from 3 different at&t employees, Nate went above and beyond to make sure I was given right information. It’s evident that he cares about his job, is very knowledgable in the industry, and he seriously deserves a promotion. He’s a huge asset to the company, and I am very thankful for his help!”

“Every time I come here, it feels clean, organized, and fully stocked. I honestly have to have tunnel vision or I’ll want to buy everything! But the real reason I’m writing this is to give a huge customer shoutout to the cashier, Dorian B. I genuinely look forward to seeing her and will choose her line every single time — I don’t care how long it is or how many other registers are open. She goes above and beyond. Her kind personality, friendly smile, and joyful, cheerful energy truly radiate. She makes such a difference in the shopping experience. She’s the reason I’ll keep coming back and more. Thank you so much, Dorian. You are amazing and you absolutely stand out. Great light. Target, please take care of her! We need more people with this kind of light and energy in the world.”

“We experienced some problems with porting the message data from one of our old Samsung phones to a new one. We did not purchase the phones through T-Mobile, but our cell phone service is through them, so I stopped by the Irwin store to see if they had any insight. The staff there (Tyler, Bryce, & Nate) were all very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Bryce easily spent 20+ minutes trying different approaches before narrowing down the problem and getting the file transfer underway. The new phone is now completely updated with all the old messages; thanks for helping to solve a problem that had me stumped. (Not to take away from the awesome work by the crew there, but I will note that the store only had two round tables with seats. I ended up being there for nearly an hour and there was often enough customers in to leave it standing room only. There's plenty of space in the store for a third table and maybe even a bench or two. I know the staff probably doesn't pick the furniture, but maybe Corporate reading this review does!)”

“We were riding the Great Allegheny Passage (GAP) and decided to grab pizza (not the best biking food). They have a bike lock up outside, so bring a lock, no bikes in the store. The food court area is very tight, I totally understand why they didn't allow bikes.”

“I visited the Metro branch today because my phone had broken this morning. Inside, I met a man named Ali. He offered me a great deal: a free phone in exchange for simply paying the monthly bill. He was incredibly helpful and patient with me, providing detailed information and a thorough explanation regarding the monthly billing. I believe this was the best experience I have ever had with an employee at a telecommunications company. Thank you, Ali, for your assistance.”
