Daniel was very helpful and understanding that I am not tech savvy and explained my options when updating and trading in iPhone. I also walked out with a deal on free iPad which had just started. “I’ve purchased a lot of stereo and home theater equipment in my life from a lot of different dealers and going to Stereo Barn has to be the best experience so far. I went in to purchase a used McIntosh amp and Joey went out of his to accommodate me in connecting it to their demo speakers so I could ensure I was happy with the amp. There was no pressure to buy anything else from them but I did end also purchasing some new speakers.
Today I received an original McIntosh owner’s manual from Janet at Stereo Barn. That was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated! Stereo Barn has my future business!”
