“Charlie is a class act and his staff are always helpful. Last year I purchased a parasound 2250v2 which I hated when I put it in my system, they took it back without any grief; I purchased a Rotel rb1590 which had a ground fault which they took back, no questions asked. This year I purchased a denon 3800 which didn’t work for me and ended up with a Marantz cinema 50 which serves my needs perfectly. My point is that although Stereo Barn deals in mid to very high end equipment and service they never treated me less than a client spending much more (entry level McIntosh being double what I paid). No snobbery, just fantastic and caring service. Only wish there website was a little better in updating inventory”
