“I’ve purchased a lot of stereo and home theater equipment in my life from a lot of different dealers and going to Stereo Barn has to be the best experience so far. I went in to purchase a used McIntosh amp and Joey went out of his to accommodate me in connecting it to their demo speakers so I could ensure I was happy with the amp. There was no pressure to buy anything else from them but I did end also purchasing some new speakers.
Today I received an original McIntosh owner’s manual from Janet at Stereo Barn. That was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated! Stereo Barn has my future business!”

“Jamil at the customer service desk was absolutely amazing! He is the prime example of EXCELLENT customer service. He was friendly, professional, patient with a positive attitude. Both my husband and I were very impressed. It's been a long time since I've had an experience like that. Will DEFINITELY go to Temple Target even though it's a little further from my house solely due to today's experience. Hopefully Target sees in him what the customers do. If there ever was a prime candidate for employee of the month it should be him hands down!

“I ordered a Samsung tablet on the website for 50$ cheaper than amazon and since I love close I decided to just pick it up in store. Upon arrival I asked one of the associates at the front of the store where do I got to pick up and item purchased online. I was then directed to the checkouts in the front of the store. There I was greeted asked for my info and my tablet was brought to me. The associate behind the register was polite and courteous. After picking up the tablet I went over to find a case for it. I was greeted by Dom and he showed be the available cases. I purchased one but decided I am going to take it back because its too big and bulky. Also expensive at 31$. I will get a cheaper one on amazon for 25. I was browsing the PC's and monitors when I was greeted by Robin. She was very kind and we talked about prices and how good the monitors looked. It was a very good experience and I will be returning if I need a tech purchase in the future.”

“I'm so glad there's a place where I can get any electrical parts or supplies I might need without having to wait days for it to come on the mail. I needed a 9 Pin serial cable asap and couldn't find it anywhere. Luckily, a phone call to Barbey paid off as the friendly gentleman on the phone reserved the item till I arrived, just in case. Every employee I've ever had any interaction with here has been very kind and happy to help. I highly recommend checking out the store of you're interested in DIY electronics.
