“Their services are great.I don't know the lady's name ,but she is very kind and professional.Last time I needed to mail my documents and a return envelope so I could receive my passport as soon as possible.She helped me and remind me the tracking numbers ,told me the details patiently.I appreciate her help and I had received my documents successfully.There is another young girl who is working there.she is friendly and patient too.I like this USPS location,the parking lot is wide and clean,it's a very quiet place in our community and the store is tidy and clean,bright and their service is great.”
“Ive never had any issues with this post office besides the parking lot being a little inconvenient due to limited spots and near a busy intersection. The customer service is great though. They even honored a mistake they made and sent a hand written note in the mail to me apologizing and fixed the error.”

“I've been to many different post office locations, and this Kenhorst location is by far the best. There are rarely long lines, and when there are the staff efficiently and quickly takes care of it. Above all, they are the nicest and most competent Postal workers I have ever seen! Just recently I needed to provide a tracking # for a return, and I threw away the receipt weeks prior. I was able to walk-in and provide the date of the purchase, and they found the receipt and tracking number within minutes, saving me a headache. Well done, keep up the great work!”
“Had a package underlivered the night before. Went here first thing in the morning to check if it was still there. Guys at the front were super nice and understanding and were able to locate the package still in the facility and I was able to pick it up no problem. Even on a sleet-filled morning they were bright and cheerful and helpful. So thankful!”
“It's been almost 2 years since we moved. We had couple mail mixed ups with our neighbor at first. Very understandable since we have the same street number and the same first letter of the street name. Marian's always been very helpful when I dropped off our mail. This is a one man operation post office so we just need to be more patient and give more grace.”

Everyone has always been friendly when I’ve gone in. It can get cramped when there’s a several people because it’s small, but I’ve never had to wait long to get assistance.”
