“Had a fantastic experience in this store. The worker, Kristal, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will recommend this store to all of my friends who have Verizon to deal specifically with Kristal.”
“Went to Pennsburg Store, had Kai and Logan help me get set up with internet. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Everything is working fabulous so far. I will never call in to TMobile again, I will only go to this location and take care of business here! Thank you. (Even though I wish I wasn’t with TMobile)”
“Nick at this store did a spectacular job at assessing our needs to get us to where we wanted to be with our plan. He sat with us and talked us through everything we needed so our plan fit our needs. If you come to this location ask to work with Nick, he will help you out with whatever you need.”
“I’ve been back and forth from this Verizon store 5 times in about 10 days with an iPhone that won’t read SIM cards or an eSIM. While it’s been a frustrating process, the team here have gone above and beyond to find me solutions. Chamar, Kiersten and Hector were all great to work with, and their managers were also helpful. Thanks for helping remedy this situation.”
