The teachers are wonderful and we receive updates daily on everything our toddler is doing (and semi-regular updates for our kiddo in K who does a half-day at the center) through an app. We have been with a few centers, including Montessori, and Miss Doreen’s offers an identical curriculum to any of those while being much more reasonably priced. I came to Miss Doreen’s on recommendation of a friend and I would highly recommend this center now as well!”

“I dont even know where to begin as I have so many positive things to say about this school. You read that right, yes, its school. Lots of parents need daycare services, and plenty want education along with it. There are many options to check out, but believe me Goddard has been everything we hoped it would. Safe, secure, family oriented, and fun. The ingredients to make so many memories, and at these young ages they're precious memories for sure. All three of my kids have started at Goddard Gilbertsville at young ages, and all have/are growing up with Goddard. Ownership has been great to us, management has been fantastic, and the teachers...so many hold a special place in our hearts. They're an extension of us. They've changed our kid's diapers for years and then helped potty train them for crying out loud! It takes a lot of love to work with kids and to raise them. No teacher is perfect, their jobs are hard! We've learned that if you give them some grace, talk with them, show them you care and appreciate what they do for you and your kids the rest takes care of itself. That goes for management and ownership as well. In an industry with what seems like fairly high turnover Goddard Gilbertsville does a great job of retaining talent. Yes, good teachers and management have left, but ownership has done a tremendous job at promoting from within and finding new talent. That is the secret to keeping a great school great in my opinion. We have loved every second of our time at Goddard, and are so thankful for the pictures, memories, and friendships that have developed...and there's more to be made. Thank Goddard team, from the bottom of our hearts. We are forever grateful!

“Our family has had a wonderful experience here. My oldest son has been attending since he was 8 months old and is now 4, and my youngest has been here since he was 6 months old and is now 2.

As a parent, the most important thing is knowing your kids are safe, happy, and well cared for, and I've always felt that way here. The teachers genuinely care about the children, and it shows in the relationships they build with them. Some of the teachers have been here for many years, which I think says a lot about the environment and the consistency they provide for the kids.

Any time I've had a question or concern, it's always been addressed quickly and thoughtfully. Communication has been great, and I've always felt like my children were in good hands.

Choosing a daycare is one of the hardest decisions you'll make as a parent, and I'm so thankful we found this one. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy place for their children.”

“We switched from another daycare we were at for 3 years to Kindercare a few months ago and it was a huge improvement for my daughter! She now enjoys going to school and comes home sharing all sorts of exciting things she did throughout her day! It’s even easier to get her up early and ready for school. Unlike the other daycare they provide her meals which has made her try new things she never knew she liked. This school has a lot of extra activities for the kids like a fall festival, pumpkin decorating, contests, special visitors, like the firefighters, The painting bus, A magician a clown And so much more!! I’m so grateful we found this place and that my daughter loves her school!! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Wish we made the switch sooner!!!”
