“I dont even know where to begin as I have so many positive things to say about this school. You read that right, yes, its school. Lots of parents need daycare services, and plenty want education along with it. There are many options to check out, but believe me Goddard has been everything we hoped it would. Safe, secure, family oriented, and fun. The ingredients to make so many memories, and at these young ages they're precious memories for sure. All three of my kids have started at Goddard Gilbertsville at young ages, and all have/are growing up with Goddard. Ownership has been great to us, management has been fantastic, and the teachers...so many hold a special place in our hearts. They're an extension of us. They've changed our kid's diapers for years and then helped potty train them for crying out loud! It takes a lot of love to work with kids and to raise them. No teacher is perfect, their jobs are hard! We've learned that if you give them some grace, talk with them, show them you care and appreciate what they do for you and your kids the rest takes care of itself. That goes for management and ownership as well. In an industry with what seems like fairly high turnover Goddard Gilbertsville does a great job of retaining talent. Yes, good teachers and management have left, but ownership has done a tremendous job at promoting from within and finding new talent. That is the secret to keeping a great school great in my opinion. We have loved every second of our time at Goddard, and are so thankful for the pictures, memories, and friendships that have developed...and there's more to be made. Thank Goddard team, from the bottom of our hearts. We are forever grateful!

“Goddard Royersford has been an absolute godsend. We have been to a few other childcare facilities and Goddard Royersford literally blows them out of the water. The care that comes from the staff (teachers and admin) is felt the moment we walk through the door. I have never worried sending my children to Goddard because I know how well they are taken care of. My children run through the doors each morning as they look forward to each day with their classmates and teachers.”

“I’ve used a couple different daycares before we moved to the area a year ago, and this one is fantastic. It is really well run, the teachers and directors are great, there is very little staff turnover, and it has a good, enriching program. Childcare is expensive but you do get what you pay for and I have no complaints with the care. My 4 year old is happy and thriving there, and I feel I can trust them. Looking forward to continuing the relationship with this school for another 5 years when my newborn starts.”

“I took the bench class and it was great! You don't need experience in woodworking to get a lot of out of this class. Even if you have experience, Ed provides lots of great options on how to do things, expert safety advice and years of knowledge to the class. It was harder than I expected, but that is a good thing! I didn't want to just follow an instruction manual, it was hands on learning. And the best part is, when you would make a mistake or the piece didn't come out exact, Ed could provide the solution to fix it. I highly recommend taking a class. If you want to just get some hands on experience with tools, or want to learn and practice the skills, its a great experience.”

As a parent, the most important thing is knowing your kids are safe, happy, and well cared for, and I've always felt that way here. Some of the teachers have been here for many years, which I think says a lot about the environment and the consistency they provide for the kids.

“We switched from another daycare we were at for 3 years to Kindercare a few months ago and it was a huge improvement for my daughter! She now enjoys going to school and comes home sharing all sorts of exciting things she did throughout her day! It’s even easier to get her up early and ready for school. Unlike the other daycare they provide her meals which has made her try new things she never knew she liked. This school has a lot of extra activities for the kids like a fall festival, pumpkin decorating, contests, special visitors, like the firefighters, The painting bus, A magician a clown And so much more!! “My son has been going to Twin Acres for a little over a year now.
When we first got here, the school was a bit of a mess. There was a lot of teacher turnover and some days I didn't even know what room my kiddo was going to be in. The curriculum was nearly non-existent, and you could never go by the posted calendar because it was ever changing. The old director was nice, but you could tell that the staff was just not happy.
When the school was switching over to a new director, the owner stepped in to fill the role for a few months so they could find the perfect director. The owner is extremely friendly and is amazing with all of the kids and parents!
Now that the new director, Kassie, has taken over, the school has turned around, and it is one of the very best in the area.
Since Kassie has been the director, there has been nearly zero turnover, the teachers are visibly so much happier, and the staff is on the ball 100% of the time. I know all of the teachers now, and my son has created so many memories with all of them. Each classroom has a schedule and a curriculum during the school year, and the summer program has fun trips and activities planned all summer long.
There is even a pool on site for the kiddos to use, and a lifeguard certified teacher is always on duty!
Kassie was the director at my first son's daycare many moons ago (Our House Early Learning Center in Pottstown), along with her right hand, Sarah, as one of the main teachers. Our House was one of the only schools that I ever fully trusted with my kiddos, so I was ecstatic when I heard that both Kassie and Sarah were making the move to Twin Acres.
I cannot say enough good things about all of the staff here. They are loving, caring, and have all taught my son so much.
They are extremely accommodating to all situations (like when my son broke his leg and could not walk for 4 weeks) and they treat the kids like their very own.
Special shout out to my son's current teacher, Kiersten, you are so organized with the pre-k and summer programs, and you go above and beyond for the kiddos. From spending your own time and money to make the classroom adorable, to coming up with special art projects for all the holidays, and so so much more. We see you and we appreciate you so much!

“We send 3 children (one toddler, 2 school age) to Miss Doreen’s and we are very happy with our experience here. The teachers are wonderful and we receive updates daily on everything our toddler is doing (and semi-regular updates for our kiddo in K who does a half-day at the center) through an app. We have been with a few centers, including Montessori, and Miss Doreen’s offers an identical curriculum to any of those while being much more reasonably priced. I came to Miss Doreen’s on recommendation of a friend and I would highly recommend this center now as well!”
