If you can't find it in the store, they will find it in their million part dbase. Largest fastener collection I have ever seen in a hardware store. Outstanding service and a knowable staff.”

“On March 7, 2023, I visited my local Busy Beaver store in Castle Shannon. I should say here that I have never had a bad experience in this store. The representatives have always been helpful, friendly, and professional.On March 7, my cashier was Meegan and she asked if I would need help loading the 4 bags of potting soil I bought on sale. I said, "No, I'd be fine," thanked her and left. When I backed up my car to the stack of potting soil, there was Meegan standing there waving at me. She joked, "I don't listen well" and helped me load the bags in the car. I thanked her and tried to give her a lottery ticket which she declined.Please tell her how much I appreciated her attitude and help.Mike”

“I called around locally and first spoke to bash plumbing which recommended Arnold and sons so I gave them a call for a sewer line cleaning. They sent out someone the same day within an hour. “450 is the correct address it's just wrong on Google an Garmin for location on map. The building is on the left side but they have 2 locations in same street to unload. Call the number an they will tell you which building they want you at. An tell you how to get into them. Fast unload.”
“Drove 40mins to get here for a vinyl flooring that wasn’t available at my local Lowe’s. Whenever I got there it was evident that they were short staffed. Despite this- Sam who assisted me went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that we were cared for while also being pulled in multiple directions in multiple departments. Whenever the product listed online available was not available on the floor, she went into the back and was able to locate more to fulfill what I went there for. Sam was great. More employees like her are needed !”
