First impression - very clean in the building. Items like my soft furniture, books, plushies, trading cards are all dry and in great condition how I left them. The building has locked entry and of course you can put your own lock on your unit as well. Very satisfied customer.”

“I’m Really and Truly grateful to Crew4 Mobile Storage for their dedicated work of moving my belongings out of a HUGE 3-floor duplex!! They did a Complete, Excellent, Careful, Speedy job of moving the entirety of our items! They even moved my Very Heavy Elliptical in the box down the Stairs and back up Stairs at the new place with ease!! (And I must add that this was the Second moving company who moved items for us, buuuuut That company’s movers didn’t feel like finishing the move and Walked off the Job after getting Pizza to refresh themselves. They had moved most (but not even All) of the furniture but Almost None of the Many Many boxes, so I was left without 75% of my belongings or opening boxes back at the old place to get clothing and cooking utensils!! And despite being a crew of Six movers, they could not/maybe Would not move the elliptical— unlike Crew4 Mobile Storage. The owner, Michael, was Always Extremely Understanding and Patient while I went through the process of finishing the packing so I could get a quote. I hadn’t organized a moving process, before, so I didn’t know to do that first: you can save all involved time and energy by packing First and making good notes about how many boxes, what type of furniture, and where they are located and into which room they are to to be moved into. I got myself into a major time crunch with the agreed-upon moving date with the landlord, so I was in a hurry. He was Never pushy, impatient, or rude in Any Way, and I’m So grateful to him for that. A family member recommended this company to me because he asked around at work and this was the company he kept hearing the best things about! He takes his family member’s needs seriously and Never recommends any place or professional unless he has asked a lot of people a lot of questions And done research, so this company Must be the best one around! Seriously, I’ve heard stories from friends about other moving companies and a number of them have had to nightmarish scenarios for their professionalism, fast—but Always with focus and attention to handling items and boxes safely—”
