“Jim at the post office was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in, he was so sweet, helpful, and genuinely kind. His energy is uplifting — truly sunshine in human form. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or cold, Jim made our entire experience feel warm and welcoming.
My husband and I both left smiling, and honestly, interactions like that are what keep people coming back. We’ll gladly continue using this post office anytime we need anything because of how positive our experience was.
Also, funny enough, he shares the same name as my husband, which made us smile even more lol. Thank you, Jim, for being such a bright light and making people’s days better just by being yourself!

“Very nice, polite and helpful. Went to 2 previous post offices, one on Horsham Rd and the other on Markley St. they were unbelievably rude and wouldn’t even let me make an appt for a passport renewal. Those people are just lazy. The one was excellent on Doylestown rd awesome.”
“I love this quaint little post office branch. It has a truly hometown neighborhood feel. And, there is rarely more than a 2-3 minute wait, even on an afternoon. The clerks inside -- (dare I call them "clerks" ??) are down to earth and approachable, always friendly and welcoming, adding that rare human/personal touch to their face-to-face interactions with customers. They greet you when you arrive and smile and say "goodbye, have a good day" when you leave. These may seem like simple facts but they make all the difference. If you've ever stood in a post office line for what seems like 20 minutes behind 6-7 other customers, only to encounter a robotic grump behind the counter, that can be a very irritating, aggravating experience. Merion Station is a little slice of heaven, where kindness, friendliness, and efficiency are the standard. Thank you, Merion Station Post Office!”
“Such a small post office, but such big helpful, friendly and efficient customer service! I needed them to print me a duplicate receipt 24 hours after the drop off of a package. He stayed with the task until he found the receipt so I had the tracking number. Outstanding customer service. What you want in a neighborhood post office. Great and friendly place to do business!”
“The entire staff is courteous, respectful, and friendly. They work well together as a team to create a welcoming atmosphere. The postmaster leads by example. I also appreciate how the staff decorates the facility for holidays and wore Eagles paraphernalia after the Super Bowl win.”
“I've used this small post office for years, since it's walking distance for me. Never had a bad experience with the staff. Packages are always sent on to the main Philadelphia distribution center the same day and have never been lost. During peak hours, sometimes there is a short wait, but staff have always been friendly and efficient.”

“Kudos to the clerk working alone at the post office on West Valley Road this afternoon, Monday, March 30.
She treated each customer with courtesy despite the long lines. Why was she there alone especially when the manager was there and made no offer to help? This post office is always busy and needs at least 2 clerks.”
“For business purposes— I’m required regularly to go into local post offices. Out of the many— this spot is where I prefer to go! It’s nestled out of the way so it’s not overly busy but when it is, their staff is exceptionally prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. On many occasions, Stephanie has thoroughly assisted me with international shipping woes. She is so helpful and truly the reason I am taking the time to write this review!! Give that lady a raise!! :)”

And I want to tell you something. They were nothing but helpful and got me my key and changed my mailbox right away. The Us Post office in North Wales, PA, they really do try to help you and make life a little easier for you.

“I’ve been using this post office since I moved here in 2017 and the folks that work here have ALWAYS been kind, patient and helpful. They are always willing to give me advice on how to best ship my items from my small business as well as help me better understand what works best for them. They’ve even gone so far as helping me make sure all my passport docs were in order without an apt (there wasn’t a line of people behind me) of which I really appreciated because that whole process was very confusing. “What a wonderful post office! Bigger inside than it looks, very pleasant PO employees, quiet, never a (long) wait. Parking lot can get a little busy as there are only about 10 spots, but the supermarket next door has a bigger parking lot if needed.
Another world from some of the busier/less organized branches (20th & Chestnut, I’m looking at you) I used to have no other choice for post office services.”

“Just want to say the employee working on Friday afternoon (May 15th 2026) did a great job. She was dealing with multiple people at once and stayed relaxed and pleasant dealing with things. She also pointed out an error I made addressing my envelope simply because she knew the actual buisness address from memory. She could have just mailed it out or got impatient from the mistake. Multiple times I saw opportunities for her to get annoyed or miserable from customers but didn’t, I appreciate the good work ethic.”

The lady who works at that location is incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive; she helps you promptly and professionally. She works the afternoon shift. Anyone is welcome to visit that post office—there is absolutely no discrimination or racism. She genuinely strives to assist you. I am absolutely delighted to have visited this place because I experienced such excellent service. I highly recommend it!”
