Got here at 8am to drop a package off. Waited 10 minutes and gave up. I heard the post man going through PO Boxes, but he would not come out.

I have been getting my mail delivered to the wrong address for weeks because they are too lazy to read the apartment number. I finally checked the mail box at the VACANT apartment where it had my mail from two weeks ago shoved inside it. It was a time sensitive letter. I almost had my power shut off because of this 'mistake'.
