He reached out, got my tracking number, and worked with the site to get it picked up and redelivered. “I recently had a print project that I needed to do at the Staples location, for my mother‘s funeral. I called ahead and spoke with Jackson, explained to him what I needed, and when I needed it, and that I was coming in from across the country. He told me to stop in when I arrived in Pennsylvania, he assisted me with my project and a draft, and then he helped me with a second project, I decided to put together. He had all my material printed and ready to go on time and in perfect order. He was super patient, very kind, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend working with Jackson at Staples if you have any print projects.”
“I walked right in late on a Friday and Denise greeted me with a big smile! I had two heavy boxes that she shipped out. She is truly a wonderful lady and extremely helpful. The post office was clean, no line, well stocked.”
“I love this quaint little post office branch. It has a truly hometown neighborhood feel. And, there is rarely more than a 2-3 minute wait, even on an afternoon. The clerks inside -- (dare I call them "clerks" ??) are down to earth and approachable, always friendly and welcoming, adding that rare human/personal touch to their face-to-face interactions with customers. They greet you when you arrive and smile and say "goodbye, have a good day" when you leave. These may seem like simple facts but they make all the difference. If you've ever stood in a post office line for what seems like 20 minutes behind 6-7 other customers, only to encounter a robotic grump behind the counter, that can be a very irritating, aggravating experience. Merion Station is a little slice of heaven, where kindness, friendliness, and efficiency are the standard. Thank you, Merion Station Post Office!”

“Went to FedEx for some important prints for a work event. It was a quick turnover and I needed it completed next day. The manager Toni called me to make sure the order was understood and was extremely detailed to make sure everything was completed to standard and on time. When I went in for pick up, Toni went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! She was amazing and even recut some of the items to make sure they were exactly what was needed. I didn’t ask her to do all these things, but she was so detailed and truly wanted to make sure the order was perfect. I was so grateful for her and for making the experience a five star experience from start to finish. I will only go here from here on out. Thank you Toni!!”
“Clean, not big but spacious enough. Very friendly personnel. There were 2 guys and both were friendly, welcoming, respectful. I shipped the large cumbersome box and one guy opened the entrance door as soon as he saw me and my friend approaching. He said a little nice joke. Then I needed some time to find the QR codes on my laptop and Another guy waited for me, patiently, ready to get it shipped. Then he immediately printed the labels and glued them to my box. It was a nice encounter with Fedex. I liked it. Highly recommend!”
“Very nice, polite and helpful. Went to 2 previous post offices, one on Horsham Rd and the other on Markley St. they were unbelievably rude and wouldn’t even let me make an appt for a passport renewal. Those people are just lazy. The one was excellent on Doylestown rd awesome.”

It’s nestled out of the way so it’s not overly busy but when it is, their staff is exceptionally prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. On many occasions, Stephanie has thoroughly assisted me with international shipping woes. She is so helpful and truly the reason I am taking the time to write this review!! “I've used this small post office for years, since it's walking distance for me. Never had a bad experience with the staff. Packages are always sent on to the main Philadelphia distribution center the same day and have never been lost. During peak hours, sometimes there is a short wait, but staff have always been friendly and efficient.”

“Hands-down, the best post office in the area. The guy that they have working here, James, an older gentleman is absolutely has one of the best attitudes of any postal worker that I’ve ever met. There is no line often times and the service is very prompt, efficient, and friendly. I would not hesitate to go back.”
