“I bought a Jeep here about two months ago and that process was seamless. I didn't feel forced to do anything and the sales person, Chris Arndt was extremely helpful. Fast forward to yesterday, I was driving and the Jeep started shaking (a common problem apparently). I called, they got me in immediately and even gave me a loaner car. The car has been fixed and Jason was extremely helpful. There was also a disgruntled customer there while I was dropping my car off. He was upset he had to leave his car and it would take a few hours. He was not happy. I am not sure who the person was behind the counter, but he handled it very professionally. If you are getting a Jeep or Dodge, I would highly recommend them.”

“I have a 22 year car I bought from you new and it's been meticulously taken care of and serviced by you 95% of it's service history. On a recent servicing that had electrical issues diagnosed as needing to replace it's inside cabin and under hood fuse boxes, it was found Acura/Honda no longer made them for my make and model AND no supplier of yours that you could buy from had any in stock. I love this car and asked my service contact Bryant to have your mechanic get the list of parts you could not get and I'd get them so we could bring the car back up to 100%. Your team was up for the challenge. Your parts department located the under hood fuse box & it's full compliment of working fuses on Ebay, used & in Excellent to near mint condition which I bought and had shipped, but the inside cabin one was no where to be found, however in short order as far as impossible hunts go, (one of my God given gifts as I was 'the go to scrounge' for finding things no one could get overseas for the Navy frigate I served on) I found a wreck of my exact year and model in a auto salvage yard in Oklahoma, who had recently sold the engine and trans and all it's connecting under hood components, but hadn't touched anything in the cabin - turns out they DID have the inside cabin fuse box with all its fuses in VERY GOOD to EXC condition & bought and shipped that too. After I delivered those to Bryant to have your mechanics check it out and install, the entire repair job got finished (about a little over a month from when I first brought it in until I got it back). I had lined up a loaner car from you before I brought it in, so none of my time was without a working vehicle. I must of told a hundred people about my recent experience and how delighted I was that you back up what you sell doing EVERYTHING POSSIBLE even in THIS case your customer was willing to make up for something you couldn't do. THE FACT YOUR TEAM went the distance with me on this AND we got the job DONE was to me like my Navy days out at sea when you don't have the luxury of getting things the way you normally get them, you WORK the problem and CREATE the solution with the people who know what they are doing signing off on achieving every element WITH WHAT YOU GOT. . . there's NO BETTER FEELING OF SUCCESS when you achieve an objective, with a team that CAN DO IT over most teams that would look at anything out of the box of normal business as usual and just shrug their shoulders and say sorry, it can't be done. Bryant seeing I was this type of person and this type of customer, and your mechanic and part dept. willing as well to do everything possible WORKED WITH ME, and we hunkered down and GOT THE JOB DONE!! EVERYTHING is back to being 100%. That's a $1000+ bill I was MORE THAN HAPPY to pay! God bless you all!”

“I looked all over PA for a specific kind of car that would fit my budget. I Went to look at 3 at this dealership! I ended up buying one, but had issues as soon as we left the lot. Pro Sports stood behind their sale and what they said about the car and they made it right/replaced the faulty part. They even helped with my transportation costs since I was stranded. Unfortunately a short while later something else went wrong related to the repairs they performed and I was sure they would not want to help, but again they did - they stood behind their work and their word and they fixed the issue. “Battaglia auto sales feels more like family than a car dealership. They are wonderful people who will help you when you need it.
We found Battaglia 6 months ago because they had the vehicle we had been searching for. Our previous car was totaled in an accident, so we wanted to find something fast. We test drove the vehicle we wanted, and it was perfect for us. They offered us a tiny discount and we bought it days later. Joe and Ron were super nice and made the car purchase very easy for us. Fast forward a couple months later and we got into a little fender bender with a dent. I was so sad about it! Ron understood and worked with us to fix it at no charge!! The car looks so much better now, thankfully! We are very grateful! While we were waiting, they even gave my kids soft pretzels! ?
Besides sales, they do car service, and make keys as well..very convenient as we need keys made for our other car.

“Didn’t but a car here - basing this off of my experience shopping with them. I arrived to look at an Acura suv I saw posted on fb marketplace. When talking with Jeff, who was friendly and responsive, I shared my vehicle history and previous awd and 4wd suvs. He immediately points out that the Acura was not awd (a surprise to me - I thought all Acura suvs were). I mentioned that I travel north for holidays and don’t like getting stuck out of fear of weather. He goes “this isn’t your car, let’s look at something else” and shows me around to other cars. None of them were for me but i appreciate him risking losing a sale to ensure I didn’t ignorantly buy the wrong vehicle. And at no point did he pressure or oversell. This puts them in my book as a group I would trust in the future.”

“This place has been absolutely invaluable to me and my family. Occasionally you blow a tire and don't have the funds to buy a brand new one, and they have some good-quality used tires. I must say that when you do have the funds, the tires they sell that are new are, and they don't charge you an arm and a leg. In addition, they don't nickel and dime you for this fee; or that fee, they just put tires on the car and get you on your way. I love this place.”

“hands down the best car buying experience i’ve had in my life so far. i was looking for a place to purchase my first vehicle and this was one of my choices. bruce was so helpful, so open and welcoming, and not to mention he was honest. my cars check engine light came on a couple days after purchasing, no biggie you get a 90 day warranty upon purchase that includes engine repairs. the mechanic, j, is very nice as well and is open to receiving feedback on what you think needs to be done or what you want done, as long as it’s covered by the warranty given to you upon purchase. my car is up to par now and running great! i would highly recommend you at least check out bruce’s inventory and reach out if your in need of a car. they are phenomenal.”
