Went in to cash a $30 lottery ticket when and they told me they did not have the money. Mind you this is 2 PM in the afternoon. That’s ridiculous! If you can sell tickets you need to cash ticket as well! Ridiculous that I have to drive 5 miles away to giant eagle to cash a $30 ticket.
