“I am a T-Mobile home internet customer of 3 years and my original Gateway recently broke. Initially I went to another T-Mobile store where I was told that I would have to wait one month for a new Gateway to arrive because it was on backorder. Obviously, I did not want to be without internet for a month so I went to the Bridgeville store for a second opinion.
I explained the situation to Kiko, who listened closely and immediately proposed a solution to my dilemma. Less than an hour later I was on my way home with a new Gateway and no extra expenses out of my pocket. I had internet service again that night.
I highly recommend working with the Bridgeville store in general, and Kiko specifically. She is kind, caring, and smart, which is a great combination for anyone and not always easy to find in the world of tech support. She made what had been a frustrating situation instantly better and made a point of leaving me with her personal number in case I ran into any additional problems and needed to follow up with her. I cannot say enough good things about working with her.”

“The place was very clean and well-organized.. The customer service was very nice and helpful. The cashier (I think her name was Parsley or something like that) was very helpful in showing me how to use the self-checkout. If I could give any suggestions, it would be to price out the wireless earbuds in the five beyond section as they had no price listed, but I understand that it was opening day for them so they may not have gotten to everything yet. This is the place you can go to when you feel like shopping just for fun. A great place to take kids shopping as most items are five dollars or less. Overall a great experience and I would recommend taking a ride up and seeing what you can get for five dollars or less.”
