“Tommy at the Old Clairton Rd UPS store went above and beyond to help me with returning a few heavy Amazon packages. I am 9 months pregnant and he helped me get them to the counter and was very efficient, friendly and professional. Great experience!”
“Had to stop by this store and pickup a package that I missed at my home yesterday that was delivered when I was not around. First I did not know the storr was even there, the experience was great! Fast, professional and very organized for a little store with what looks like a very lot going on inside. If you need something shipped, stop by this place.”
“Everytime I've gone there they are extremely helpful and accommodating. It's worth the price. You give them your item or letter and they take care of packaging and addressing. Just tell them the info and they take care of everything.”
“I’ve shipped my artwork through this UPS store for the past 3 years- they are so friendly, speedy, and my packages always make it to my clients! This location and its staff are great.”

“Convenient location, excellent customer service.... always. Today for example, Erin offered the dolly/hand truck to help me with 3 large boxes. As I mentioned that I had recently cracked a rib, she proceeded to my vehicle & assisted me. Thanks Erin for going above & beyond for your customers!”
