Thirty minutes later, she called to tell me my order was complete. We need more stars like India in the service industry.”

“We've been working with Slavia Printing since we opened our business 9 years ago. They are the best of the best. The best prices, the best quality, the best service. Lightning fast turnaround. Talented designers. High quality products. I was moved to write this review because yesterday morning, I sent over a PDF of an invitation to a client appreciation event and asked if there was any way we could get 600 copies by early next week, adding that I knew it was short notice but just wanted to check. The owner showed up in my office later that same afternoon, beautifully printed invitations in hand. WOW! Now that's what you get when you deal directly with the owner of a family business. Slavia has done a fine job on an array of projects for us: letterhead, envelopes, invitations, napkins, giant banners and signage - anything we've needed, they've delivered. Wouldn't go anywhere else!”

That’s important because as an older person I dint want to trip over cardboard boxes etc. the manager came over, was very nice, answered my questions and got me everything I needed. “I used to be able to walk to the post office. Now it is just a short drive away in their new building. Staff is still extremely friendly, as well as carrier to my home. Would have been 5 star review, but building designer did not install a “drive-up” mailbox outside at the new building (as they had one at the old building). You have to park and get out of your car to go deposit mail into the outside box (troublesome if you have a physical disability). Just a little more “user friendly” and convenient with a drive-up drop box.”
“I've never had anything but positive experiences here at this location. The man who is usually there is so kind and helpful. I didn't have a lot of experience mailing things when I first started coming by and he explained everything for me. It's usually pretty fast even though they don't seem to have a lot of employees.
I work downtown so I wait to mail my packages until I'm in the office because the woman at the post office on Liberty in Bloomfield is always so mean”

“Used this for full service passport acquisition. Absolutely delightful experience. We arrived late and in chaos from traffic, parking, and life. Michael in incredible; for us a calming, patient, knowledgeable force while processing 3 unique passport situations. I will be using Liberty Center location for any unique USPS or passport services going forward. Just note the location is funky - there is a concourse behind the hotel that looks like a strip mall.”
“My fiancé and I needed to print all of the signage for our wedding last minute and were blown away by how helpful Mike at FedEx was. He walked us through the whole process, made it extremely easy for us and was able to print everything with time to spare. Can't recommend this place enough!”

“This was my second time to this location and the first time I encountered a very sweet employee but I didn’t get her name! The second time, Emma went above and beyond to help me get my bridal shower invites stamped and showed me new stamps coming in for my wedding invitations. She was so kind and nice to talk to. In a world where people don’t appreciate others or go out of their way she deserves a little recognition today! Very impressed with this location!”
