“Needed a new Sim and cell phone service... Robin hooked me right up! Super knowledgeable, super friendly, great communicator makes sure the customer understands everything that's going on. Kind of shocked there is such a great, competent and trustworthy cell service store right in my neighborhood! Would highly recommend to anyone... would be worth it even i I had to travel to get there! Cheers!”

“Jameer at the Brookhaven AT&T store went completely above and beyond to help me fix a major e-SIM and account verification issue. He spent an hour and a half diligently working the lines with customer support and the security department to make sure we got through. His patience, expertise, and dedication to resolving a difficult customer issue are exactly what great leadership looks like. He stayed with me until my phone was fully working. Incredible service!”
