He spent an hour and a half diligently working the lines with customer support and the security department to make sure we got through. His patience, expertise, and dedication to resolving a difficult customer issue are exactly what great leadership looks like. He stayed with me until my phone was fully working. Incredible service!”
“I totally recommend going to ez phone repair in Narberth. It feels a whole lot different. I have been going to ez phone repair since it first opened in 2016. Idan and sori are nicest people ever. Most cell phone repair shops do not care about you and more about the money. While with idan and sori it feels totally opposite. They care about you more than money. “I went to AT&T in Wynnewood, PA to upgrade my iPhone two days ago. Was upgrading from an XR so had not been through the process in a very long time. The gentleman who helped me, Muadth, was awesome. There was a slight moment when I hit a bump in getting my account in order but he had incredible patience and resolved it. I can’t stress enough surely tell everyone that Muhammad is the man to see with any problems. I feel bad I didn’t get the name of the woman he was working with but she also was incredibly friendly and personable. Well done on hiring great people at this location.”

“This location is my only go-to for now on and should have always been now on to AT&T, service from their people. There is unbelievably good very well versed in skill level. Was able to do a port out and Port in with very low issues to almost no issues. I hope everybody reads this and definitely takes into account how awesome this place is! “I’ve found this place through Google and happy that I did as I was initially unaware of this establishment. I brought my phone in due to my screen not working. Upon meeting the owner, he is very pleasant, professional, and informative. I then left my phone with him in hopes of fixing it. Sadly, the issue with my phone was beyond their scope but I truly appreciate the honest effort in fixing it - as well as the owner not charging me (not even for labor) due to being unable to fix the issue. I fully support any place that works with integrity like this. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The owner even recommended a place to me to help fix my now motherboard issue.”
