“I was in dire need of a new phone and was looking for a new Samsung. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for decades and never consider going anywhere else for a phone. I called the Wayne, PA store and spoke with Edvard to inquire what would be the best replacement for my 5-year-old Samsung 10+. Got the info I needed and stopped in a couple days later. Edvard was the best, completely knowledgeable, personable and professional. I am a bit of a techno-idiot (due to my age) and Edvard was very patient and knew the products. Since I haven't bought a new phone in a while I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the info transfer was from my old phone to the new S25+. I was never a fan of auto-pay but that's how it's done today so Edvard set that up for me. If you are looking for a new phone don't hesitate to come to this store.”

I recently visited the Verizon store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Kenyatta. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful.
Kenyatta took the time to listen carefully to my needs and explained all my options clearly without any pressure. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the plans, promotions, and technical details, which made my decision-making process so much easier. Her patience and friendly demeanor turned what could have been a stressful visit into a smooth and positive experience.

My iPhone 15 Pro was completely bricked (grayed-out Wi-Fi and stuck on an endless loading screen). Every shop I called in South Philly told me it was a dead motherboard and not worth repairing. They told me to go to this spot in Upper Darby instead.
I dropped it off, and they had it fixed in just one day. It turned out to be a deep iOS software issue, and they only charged me $20! Incredible honesty and amazing service. Don't waste your time anywhere else—go here first!”

“I had the best experience at the Verizon store in Berwyn PA thanks to Charlie. We have recently switched to YouTube FIOS from regular cable and the learning curve is rough. We had some issues trying to figure out how to set it up. The original rep who sold us the plan was fine/just ok …but Charlie’s customer service was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help us with the set up. I can’t thank him enough for explaining everything, being patient and taking the time to help us. “Darryl is a superstar. I’ve always had good experiences at the Verizon store in Newtown square, with Theo, and others in the past. The last two times my family and I went there, Darryl helped us. He not only helped us, he took the time to explain important details that helped us maximize our plans. One of the last times Darryl helped us, he wasn’t even making commission because it was a phone issue. He spent an hour with me and kept me relaxed when I was sure I had lost 12 years worth of pictures. He helped me figure it out and saved my iCloud backup data and all those pictures started flooding back into my replacement phone. No commission - just total professionalism. I gave him a bear hug! What a stand up dude! Theo was great too. THANK YOU DARRYL!!!”

She also was able to get me on a cheaper plan being 70 years old and advise me about free Internet that’s going on called 55+! she is a manager of many stores and she really knew everything that was out there!I feel very lucky to have gotten her when I went in the store. “After a really disappointing experience at the Verizon store in Ardmore, PA, where I left feeling completely unsatisfied with both the service and the overall experience, I honestly wasn’t sure I wanted to deal with Verizon again.
But I decided to give another location a shot , and I’m genuinely glad I did.
This visit was the total opposite, and it was because of Lamia Kamal and Nick Polk.
They were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they actually cared about solving the issue the right way. They took the time to listen, explain my options clearly, and made sure everything was handled correctly before I left the store.
Because of Lamia and Nick, I walked out feeling confident, taken care of, and positive about Verizon again.

“Went from 5 stars to -1. Went into this store today and tried to change my pin. Manager she identified herself as is very rude and unprofessional. Since I don’t know her name — black woman with red hair. I’ve dealt with the previous manager and every store associate her has always been helpful. When I asked her for her name she refused murmullé times to provide it and said “I don’t need it”.
This person should not be in any position of leadership. Disappointing and I will me making a complaint to the BBB
