“I was so sick and cranky and called the pharmacist and asked why my prescriptions hadn t been filled yet! I had quite an edge to my voice and was truly unpleasant, The pharamacist Explained the situation and was very professional and courteous even though I ( embarrassingly) was so rude. Turns out the pharmacist was Heath. I apologized because I know how diligent and hardworking Heath and his staff are at assisting people. I have been to 3 other CVS’ in the past, the ones at Lawrence Park ShopCenter, Manoa and Drexel Hill and have never witnessed more efficient and truly caring people as the ones at this CVS in Broomall. In my book, both Heath and Paula are irreplaceable!!”

“Good evening Google Family. I have visited this location of Acme many times in the past. I visited today to purchase some much needed items since I have arrived back from my trip in Durham, North Carolina and I don't have much food in the house, lol. I was disappointed that Acme does not sell Pepperidge butter thins or the Harvest Wheat crackers. I can never find them in an Acme. Why don't they carry them here, I do not know. I utilized the rest room and it was clean and neat. I found the rest of my items, thank goodness. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50. There is plenty of parking here in the large Lawrence Park shopping center, plus there are many handicapped spaces available. Good night.”

“I have had a great experience at this CVS location. The store is always clean, organized, and well-stocked. The staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever I need assistance.

The pharmacy team is especially outstanding. They are knowledgeable, patient, and take the time to answer questions and explain medications in a way that is easy to understand. Their professionalism and excellent customer service make every visit a positive experience.

The only improvement I would suggest is having more cashiers available at the front of the store. There are times when it can be difficult to find someone at the register, which can lead to longer wait times. Other than that, this location does an excellent job, and I would highly recommend it.”
