I have driven by several times In the early morning or late evening and have seen the owner sweeping the median in the center of the road. Local , honest and everytime they beat the dealer pricing. I would go out of my way to support a business like this.”

“This is the only CVS pharmacy location I’ll go to. Prior to moving to this area I had been using a local independent pharmacy and swore I’d never deal with another CVS pharmacy after several disastrous and unpleasant experiences at the Schwenksville location. But I figured I’d give the Broomall CVS a try since it’s 2 minutes from our new house.

This pharmacy runs a tight ship, and the same staff has been here since I first started coming three years ago… almost unheard of for a corporate chain pharmacy. They get the job done every single time without issue. They know their stuff. If I send a message on the app, I receive a callback within MINUTES. If I leave a voicemail, my call is returned immediately. Need an uncommon or extremely expensive prescription? It’s ordered right away and updates are provided when something is out of stock. Prior authorization requests are handled proactively, and there’s never been an instance where I’ve run out of medication.

They are excellent communicators and the pharmacy is run like a small town independent business. They know your name, ask about your family, and are excellent in assisting customers with navigating the confusing insurance landscape. Whoever the pharmacy manager is, they need a raise. And they should be teaching a class for other CVS locations. Actually the entire pharmacy staff should be promoted because every single tech I’ve interacted with has been helpful, friendly, and efficient despite being super busy.

CVS Corporate should take note… this is how every location should be managed.”

“Good evening Google Family. This was my first favorite place to stop when I used to work at Amazon at 4 am in the morning. I would stop after work before I worked out at the gym at the Edge Fitness Club. Everyone was always cordial and nice and friendly. Plenty of parking here. The rest rooms are usually clean and orderly. Have a great night Google Family, workout, be Healthy, Fit and Fabulous. I purchased the Broccoli and Cheddar soup today, the small size. I always get the crackers that are down below the paper utensils. Crackers taste so good with hot soup!!! Love it!!!!”

“This Royal Farms location in Broomall has good products and good food coming from the kitchen. The store is very convenient being a stop right next to the highway entrance ramps. Great location and fuel prices are normal for the area. Keep up the good work 👍”

“I have had a great experience at this CVS location. The store is always clean, organized, and well-stocked. The staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever I need assistance.

The pharmacy team is especially outstanding. They are knowledgeable, patient, and take the time to answer questions and explain medications in a way that is easy to understand. Their professionalism and excellent customer service make every visit a positive experience.

The only improvement I would suggest is having more cashiers available at the front of the store. There are times when it can be difficult to find someone at the register, which can lead to longer wait times. Other than that, this location does an excellent job, and I would highly recommend it.”
