“I stopped in on the morning of Feb. 10, 2024 to buy a battery for my cordless phone. I had been told on the phone that Staples might and might not have a matching battery. I brought the phone in since I didn't even know how to open the battery hatch. When I bought it at Staples about eight years ago, I never touched the battery. It's only now that it is slowing down. Tech supervisor Cliff found a matching battery and replaced it. He was both efficient and courteous at a time when he was busy with a couple of customers. What a relief to get the right battery and have someone put it in.”

“I had to get posters printed (I had previously used a company in NYC called Printique) and this was my first time using FedEx for high quality photo/card stock prints. Kerensa was extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. She showed me different options, explained pricing, and worked with me after running a test print to dial in a border issue on the poster to get the remainder of prints looking perfect. I will never use the NYC printer I had previously gone to again. I will always go to FedEx for prints like this from now on! *She also did all of this during a busy rush (which looked worse than it was) and was extremely patient and performed all of these tasks in about 5-6 minutes tops. Excellent service from top to bottom!”

“I come here often, sometimes multiple times a week to ship out packages. I sell things online and have yet to get my hands on a printer for my labels—so they‘re able to scan a QR code from my phone and print out my prepaid labels for me! They’re always nice and quick. Only negative is sometimes i’ll walk all the way there and they’ll have a sign on the door that they’re closed early, or only open limited hours that day. However it’s the same with the Secane office. Staffing issue maybe? Still 5 stars :)”

I worked with Max Huber at TSI for my move and was so impressed by his friendliness, honesty, and frequent communication. For security sake, I have all my packages delivered to this store rather than have packages sitting outside my apartment door. Just about every time I go in, they know who I am and have the package ready before I get to the counter. They have also occasionally walked the package over to my workplace unprompted. Every time I go in, the staff is so friendly. I pass the store on my walk back and forth to work and they very often give me a wave hello. Just a nice place all around.”
