“The entitled and snobby people NOT ALL of them believe the employees should jump through hoops and kiss their butt .. I have seen it and the poor employees just take the abuse .. their are nice people everywhere but the not so nice should stay home so others can get in and get out .. have a nice day”

He also found the perfect box for me to send a small item back to Amazon for a return. I appreciated his patience and helpfulness with my packages. He was very quick and efficient.”

“We used the notary services here and had a really great experience. Quinton, the owner, was super welcoming and went above and beyond to help us with all of our signatures and paperwork. We actually hadn’t realized that our documents required a witness beyond the notary (our fault!), but Quinton was kind enough to have one of his employees act as a witness. We really appreciated the extra effort to make sure everything was taken care of. Great customer service and a very friendly experience!”

“Bob and MailSource Inc. were amazing to work with. We had to coordinate packaging and shipping from a different city entirely over the phone, and Bob made the whole process simple from start to finish. He was professional, affordable, responsive, and communicated clearly every step of the way. It’s rare to find that level of service and follow-through. Highly recommend MailSource Inc. to anyone who needs packaging or shipping help. Five stars.”

“I just had a great customer service experience at the Narberth Staples store. The print and copy representative, Rob, helped me accomplish my goal of printing out my resume and biography on excellent paper, while fixing my email glitch and literally waiting rapidly and exactly on the line of customers. He was calm, polite, helpful, and efficient. I will come back for my next print order. Thank you, from Elizabeth Heller”

“Came here after a horrendous experience with the Folsom, Pa location. The Folsom store had an abysmal, miserable woman working printing, extremely rude and downright unhelpful. Upon arriving here, I was greeted at the door, the employees asked what we needed, how they could help and even apologized for the other store. They were all just tremendous at the Springfield location. Thank you for the great service Springfield!”

“I was returning a package and had a USPS label on my phone but no printer. The company wouldn't send me a QR code. USPS couldn't help me but said UPS could. They couldn't print the label either but the employee told me I could email it to them and he could print a UPS label. Thing was, I didn't know how to email! The employee helped me with that too. I was in a real pickle and didn't know what to do but they solved my problem easily! They were terrific!”

“I had a terrible experience with another notary who made a mistake on my paperwork and then wanted to charge me double to fix it. I was so relieved to find this place! The customer service was excellent. They were patient, understanding, and genuinely focused on helping me get everything done correctly at the best possible price. They never made me feel rushed or like I was just another customer. I’m extremely grateful for their help and will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know who needs a title change or notary services. Excellent service from start to finish!”

“Great customer service and prompt to respond and reply with quotes, and material last minute changes. They offered different options for payment purposes that makes it easy and speed the process. The only issue is the one with PayPal, if PayPal is set up with your credit card address which it might be not the same as your billing address, they cannot ship it to your business address where all the action is happening, at the end this is a PayPal restriction.”

“I was amazed at how kind, thoughtful and masterful this team was. I wanted to print almost 2-dozen copies of children’s artwork as a class keepsake, and everyone was extremely patient in reviewing the options with me, helping me strategize how to get the best product within budget, and communicating about quality concerns (I didn’t think about the fact that light-colored crayons and pencils wouldn’t copy well — I received a phone call immediately about this and we figured out a great work-around. I was shown proofs at this time to make sure everything was going to print as clearly and neatly as possible.) I definitely did not appreciate all of the nuances involved with this last-minute idea of a printing project, and the lovely team at Fed Ex was so patient and kind with every aspect of the process. Can’t recommend highly enough. (Obviously it’s also a great place to ship things, but I’ve never needed the hand-holding on that end. Overall, it’s just a great place to work with.”

17 Civic Circle, Merion Station PA 19066
“I love this quaint little post office branch. It has a truly hometown neighborhood feel. And, there is rarely more than a 2-3 minute wait, even on an afternoon. The clerks inside -- (dare I call them "clerks" ??) are down to earth and approachable, always friendly and welcoming, adding that rare human/personal touch to their face-to-face interactions with customers. They greet you when you arrive and smile and say "goodbye, have a good day" when you leave. These may seem like simple facts but they make all the difference. If you've ever stood in a post office line for what seems like 20 minutes behind 6-7 other customers, only to encounter a robotic grump behind the counter, that can be a very irritating, aggravating experience. Merion Station is a little slice of heaven, where kindness, friendliness, and efficiency are the standard. Thank you, Merion Station Post Office!”
