“I recently purchased a Look 765 Optimum from Cycles BiKyle. My experience with Alex began with him listening to my interests and needs so he could understand what kind of bike would suit me. Then, he took several important measurements of my body to assure my new bike would meet my expectations. The process continued as he showed me the options that were available from saddles, handlebars, drivetrains, wheels, frames, shoes and more! This was an education in itself for me. Alex not only talks the talk, he walks the walk. We spent a lot of time without ever feeling rushed making all the important decisions that would go into building my new bike.
Now I am riding and I love it ! I can't praise Alex enough; he is knowledgeable, patient, thorough and his attention to detail is unmatched. I would highly recommend this store for anyone who is trying to optimize their riding experience.

I’m so grateful to Joe, the new service manager, for jumping right in my problem, identifying that it was my brake pads in the rear, and swapping them out for me in less than 10 minutes! “I've gone to this bike store a couple times now and my experience every time has been great. This past weekend I went in looking for a new saddle and I was helped by Brittany who was great! She's very knowledgeable and gave me a good recommendation. She also informed me that there is a 30 day trial period for the saddle which was super helpful. Plus she let me know about some of the community rides that Trek organizes, which was really cool. I highly recommend visiting this bike shop!”

The young gentleman who assisted us was incredibly patient—he didn't just fix the tire; he took the time to teach my son how to change the inner tube himself. “Whenever I take my bike for a routine maintenance or necessary repair Kamal and team are GREAT. I trust their diagnosis of the issue and recommended repair. Kamal has great patience with each customer, explains the work that needs to be done and the reason why. Usually I can get my bike back the same day, or within 24 hours. For years I have recommended this bike shop for intelligent and very prompt customer service.”

“Worth walking across the river! I kept getting flats on work trips — probably my fault for relying on cheap tires. So I asked Cadence to put on their most puncture-resistant tires, and they happened to have a used pair from an elderly rider who didn't like their ride comfort. They were installed within hours and they ride feels great to me; stay tuned for how long they last! “Chain popped off in Center City so I gave Dr. cycles a call. He let me know he was in and would be there in 30 minutes when I arrived. $10 and 10 minutes later I had a ride as good as ever. Dr also helped me with a gear shift issue the last guy couldn’t fix. 10/10 would recommend calling the Dr and stopping by.
There’s also a good cafe across the street in case you have to wait on your repair”
