“Alex at the counter was efficient and polite. The young man outside was equally nice. The car itself was clean and functioned just fine. It was a little difficult finding the entrance to the return location as I had never rented from Alamo before, but once you see how it works it's quite easy to return a vehicle. The attendant who checked the car back in was courteous and helpful. The shuttle driver was super nice and made sure everyone got off at the right terminal. Would definitely rent from these guys again.”

“I like the proximity to the airport and how easy it is to get in pick a car and get on my way. I also like how easy it is to drop off and that there is always a shuttle to get me back to the terminal within 10 minutes. I usually always find a nice car at the executive isle except for once.”
“I had a great experience with this Enterprise location as part of an insurance claim/repair. They met me at the body shop so I didn't have to worry about getting to them and then allowed me to leave the rental at the body shop once my car was ready and they would pick up. My time inside the office to complete paperwork was minimal and the car was clean and appropriate to my needs. I would highly recommend!”
“I just bought a brand new RAV4 and while I was parallel parking accidentally scuffed the front left side. I was so upset! I called to bring my car in for a quote and they were able to see me in just an hour. Steven came out and buffed it out of my car in less than a minute and wouldn’t charge me anything. (Extremely grateful!) It pretty much looks like brand new. Next time I have anything happen to the body of my car I’ll for sure take it back to Roxy Auto.”

The only problem that I had, was that they offered no form of discounts for Military, senior citizens, No, any other discount that I asked for. I found that very unusual. “From the shuttle to the counter I experienced truly wonderful customer service. The location is conveniently located with easy access to many of the major Philly highways. There is a Sunoco station nearby as well so you don’t have to hunt and take detours to fill her up before you return the vehicle. Let the short shuttle ride take you away from the airport and out of the loop de loop you have to endure to leave. Once you’re in the rental, it is a hassle free exit. I recommend this rental location.”

“I moved down south 3 years ago but I had to fly in for my favorite cousins funeral so my spirits were already not high. I’m from the east coast so I had already prepared myself for the “ east coast” treatment lol. Nolan gave me the complete opposite. I still felt like I was down south. He greeted me at the door with a smile and was very hospitable and professional throughout our entire transaction. I had problems with my card declining and he did not show any annoyance yet was even more courtesy and just overall a great guy. His parents raised him right and Enterprise you are so very lucky to have to him. I am almost 40 and this is the ABSOLUTE BEST Experience I’ve ever experienced at an Enterprise and his manager Sidney was also super helpful and courtesy to me when I called and asked a few questions! They have an exceptional team at this location! The other locations need to step it up!
