“Alex at the counter was efficient and polite. The young man outside was equally nice. The car itself was clean and functioned just fine. It was a little difficult finding the entrance to the return location as I had never rented from Alamo before, but once you see how it works it's quite easy to return a vehicle. The attendant who checked the car back in was courteous and helpful. The shuttle driver was super nice and made sure everyone got off at the right terminal. Would definitely rent from these guys again.”

“I travel a lot and I use National Car Rental in every state I fly to. I am often at the PHL airport location as it is near to my corporate office. The staff is generally friendly and I have a smooth experience choosing a car and exiting the facility. This time around, every car I chose from the Emerald aisle was filthy inside and out. I am not sure why the cars had not been washed, but that was my only pet peeve. I found a car that was semi-clean on the inside, chose it, and it ended up being a plesant experience. I just prefer both interior and exterior to be cleaned.”

“We walked into the Enterprise on Washington Ave. in Philadelphia at 12:57 pm, on a Saturday 1/31 when they close at 1:00 pm ! Three minutes before they close for the day. All this and WITHOUT a reservation! They were sooo nice and accommodating. They had us out of there and on our way in no time. Cannot say enough of how great the customer service was. We will now only rent with Enterprise because of this experience. And they were equally as nice when we returned the vehicle on 2/4.”

“They picked me up when I dropped off my car for repair, and were right on time. The rental vehicle was solid.
The only thing I didn't like was that. The vehicle only had a quarter tank of gas. So I added another quarter tank to bring it to the halfway mark. However, I never drove it that much. So I returned the vehicle with a lot more gas than when I had picked it up. They should have paid me for the additional gas”

“Very happy with the work I had done. Called in the morning to drop off my car which needed brakes and it was done within 3 hours. As a woman going in there is always that fear you’re going to be bamboozled, but the price was fair to low and there was never a moment I was talked done to. “Thee car was a Chevy Malibu, which ran wonderfully. I had requested a compact, but, if I am not mistaken, a Malibu is larger than that. Still, it was a fine car that I picked up and dropped off when I needed to. There were no delays. The person with whom I worked at the Enterprise agency agency was friendly and helpful.”
