When my cocktail table order was delayed for months Ethan Allen sent me a loaner, which was great. Ultimately EA couldn’t deliver on my cocktail table - it took 9 months to learn that, which was very annoying. But I got my money back and was able to find a table elsewhere so things worked out ok.”

“Always great service, the sales people don't hover over you or follow you around. They greet you when you walk in and ask if they can help you find anything. They're always around if you have questions but again they don't breathe down your neck which is very much appreciated. Shout out to Greg & Dominic at this location. Dominic was fantastic but he's still new there so Greg helped with the transaction on their computer system. They were both amazing. This is my 2nd time shopping at this store for a large order and both times were great! Thank you Dominic & Greg!”
“When I’m feeling down and out , some people drink wine , I visit THE NEST in Wayne Pa …., the ambience in this store is so refreshing, breathtaking And makes my soul so happy. Many times I leave with a basket filled with goodies. Reasonably priced , beautifully made And great customer service. I always think when I go there whose house can I decorate? For I only live in an apartment, but the overload of ideas Can truly decorate a full house. From this one store . Not only did Kazan ( the owner) spend plenty of time going over our options, he chose great looking fixtures which were delivered earlier than promised. When I came time for the installation, I contacted him with questions from our electricians. He answered the questions and emailed me instruction sheets for the electricians to use. That's service!!!”
