“Carefully curated high quality items, aesthetically pleasing, useful and functional. I haven't visited the store but have placed a couple of online orders that were mostly gifts for friends. Recently I had to adjust a large order after placing it (one item was unneeded) and staff was able to catch it in time before sending it, issued a refund quickly and saved me the hassle of making a return. Whew!Receiving the box just a few days after placing the order is a real pleasure- just the logo alone you know it's something very special... opening it another treat. It's immediately apparent how much attention and nuanced care they place in every order, no matter the size. I greatly appreciate this, adore the items- as do my friends who know Japanese items are often functional works of art made by artists who care for their work and take great pride in it- as they should.
