“The women working there run it all! On the day I visited Jasmina and Shaina were the staff. Jasmina took me back for routine bloodwork, and I was out in less than ten minutes. There is parking on Germantown Ave. right out front.”
“I’m scared of closed spaces but Rita is a god sent she made me feel very comfortable and safe. She made me feel very calm so I was able to do the MRI, she is the first to get me threw an MRI. Brittany is so professional and knowledgeable and helpful she made me feel very comfortable and was able to answer all my questions. Tiffany was very helpful as well. This crew is amazing.”

Yesterday, my doctor's office neglected one cancer screening panel and she informed me that if they sent the prescription in that day it could still be added. All the phlebotomists at the site I go to 5 minutes from my house are great. The check-ins are always very fast.”

“Over all decent experience. Wasn't thrilled with the fact that no one was there to greet me or check me in when I got there , and had to use a kiosk to check in. The process wasn't difficult, but I guess this is the way the world is going. No human greeting anymore. No staff there upon arriving.
I waited a little while but then finally the staff showed up. After that , it was smooth sailing. Very quick. And efficient. A girl named Lisa took my blood and she had to be the most precise phlebotomist I ever encountered. She was quick, accurate, and the procedure was fast and painless. She was pleasant as well once I got into the room. Never had such an easy blood drawn experience. In and out.”

“I walked in to berwyn and was greeted with a smile by the person behind the desk she was wonderful. She has good service, and very polite took me in without an appointment. I would recommend her any day. Kristine was amazing at what she does didn’t even notice I was getting a needle. She made me feel comfortable even though I don’t enjoy needles. “Erica, phlebotomy technician, is an absolute blessing. She made my visit a very pleasant one. My health provider, Jefferson Hospital, did not send a script for requested bloodwork due to an honest mixup. She then suggested that l call Jefferson to see if someone could send one to the lab. Erica was very patient, and waited until Jefferson sent a script to the lab for me, even though this process took some time. Erica’s technique for drawing blood is excellent. When I return to the lab again, I hope to have her collect my blood. I highly recommend her.”

“This is my third time coming to this LabCorp location. Each time – my experience has been great! I make an appointment in advance, I come in at my appointed time, I am seen within five minutes, I have my blood drawn, and I am out the door. I don’t think it’s ever taken longer than 10 minutes. The people are friendly, professional, and relatively pain-free :-) Great for a chicken like me!”

“I get labs here regularly, and both staff are pleasant and professional. They are quite busy, but handle it with calm efficiency. Also, I tend to bruise easily, but I rarely have any bruising after my blood draws from either phlebotomist, which is just phenomenal in my book!”
“Essy online scheduling. Was worried about some negative experiences posted but was a closer location at walking distance. My personal experience was positive. Quick self check-in, was called within 3m, blood drawn uneventful and staff was polite. Office was clean and bright. Left in less than 15m. Others were sitting and moved quick. “I was honestly nervous about not being seen because the Labcorp location I went to beforehand told me they weren’t accepting walk-ins. Since this was my only day off and I didn’t have an appointment, I was stressed about it. Thankfully, this location was completely different. I waited less than 10 minutes, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, polite, and professional. My baby was crying and it didn’t bother Nelly at all, and she did what she had to do. She was not annoyed with me being emotional, and I really appreciate that - she cared to make sure I was okay along with my baby. Thank you Nelly!”
