“The entire team here was excellent, from the couple working the front desk, the technician, and the veterinarian himself, Dr. Heyde. When was concerned about my dog, Gatsby, I was able to make a same day appointment. The technician and the veterinarian both listened to my concerns and were dutiful in outlining a plan of care for my dog. Like most owners, I was worried about cost. The visit and prescription were surprisingly affordable. I was able to ask questions about different medications and strategies until we were in agreement on what was best for the dog. I left feeling reassured that I had a good plan for the dog. I will certainly be going back for a regular checkup at a later date. This place was very well managed, clean, and has an excellent staff. Thank you!”

“I’ve been going to Creature Comforts for the last decade+ and I’ve been really happy with the current management, including Vets, Technicians and other staff. I usually see Dr. Johnson and she’s thoughtful about my dog’s health and care, and always nice and friendly. We had a Tech yesterday who was so kind and gentle with our dog, who gets a little nervous at the vet. Thank you so much!”

“Dr. Bowers and her team are so wonderful, simply the kindest, most knowledgeable, genuine, and dedicated! I haven't had kittens in 20 years, and Dr. Bowers and her office were so patient with my many questions and wacky scheduling needs. I left feeling equipped with knowledge that I needed (she took time to show me exactly how to clip their nails), yet also reassured that I am doing the right things as a new pet parent. All Pets came recommended by my cat sitter - Laura @ Delco Cat Sitting (who I also HIGHLY recommend!!!!), and I couldn't be happier to have found Dr. Bowers office. Thank you!! -Lisa, Rammy & Dubbs”

“I went to Media Veterinary Hospital extremely upset due to an issue with my baby’s nails. I felt so comforted by ALL of the staff there ensuring me that they would take care of him and they did just that. I am so thankful and grateful that they are my baby’s doctors. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Snoodles.”

“Been going to LVC for several years for both of my dogs. Everyone is always so kind, attentive, and personable. I rarely have to sit in the waiting area, which is really nice for my dog's comfort, especially my reactive/nervous dog. Getting an appt within a couple of days-a week is rarely an issue. Dr. Perone and Dr. Patten are both great; both provide excellent care and answer questions thoughtfully. I feel very reassured that my dogs are in good hands for any surgeries performed by Dr. Patten. All of the techs/assistants are wonderful as well!”

“So thankful we switched to Town & Country! I have two dogs, one of which is very stranger reactive. Town & Country has been amazing! When we first came here, everyone really listened to me when I mentioned the best way to handle my reactive dog, rather than be dismissive. I think because of this we've been able to get all their exams, vaccines, and blood draws done. My dogs may not be the easiest, but I appreciate a clinic that puts as much effort in as I do to make it smooth experience for everyone!”

“Love her and so do the kitties and that's the most important. She's wonderful trys to make a stress free visit for the cats doesn't do anything they aren't okay with. After going through two other vets one we hated and the other being penn university, she makes me feel like she is doing what is best for the cat. Highly recommend only vet I trust with both my cats.”

“Dr. Holliday is an exceptional vet! She took time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable with my pets treatment plan- part of which includes manually expressing my rabbits bladder, she demonstrated the proper technique and then let me try to make sure I was confident before I went home. I literally came 10 minutes before close and never felt rushed or insignificant to her. She’s the best exotic vet I’ve had!”

“What can I say? I wish we could all pass on while lying on our beds on the porch, in the full sunshine and surrounded by family, with a belly full of Reese's peanut butter cups. This was the best money ever spent. Dr. Aronson was so kind, respectful, and really listened. She let us set the pace and explained what was going to happen, both in advance and as it went on, and made sensitive suggestions throughout and giving us space as needed. After she left, she followed up with a poem based on the stories we told her about my dog, along with a nose print that she took of him. Being able to say goodbye to your dog on your own time and in a stress-free setting of your choosing is the greatest gift. I'm so grateful we had this option and I'm so glad we had Dr. Aronson there to help.”

“I moved to KOP over a year ago, but I was taking my cats to my old vet an hour away since I was used to the team there. Well, that changed when two of my cats fell sick and I needed to be seen quickly. The staff at KOP vet were very kind and got me scheduled for the very next day. Dr. Arrison was fantastic, both at handling my cats and at explaining everything in a simple way to ease my worries. I wish I had come here with my pets sooner!”

“It took several vet offices until we found Montgomery Animal Hospital for our cat. Mary Kate who initially answered my call (she was amazing at listening to my issues) helped set an appointment for me with Dr. Tara. My cat is anxious and it’s been tough finding her proper care. FOUND IT! Dr. Tara and tech, Xylia were absolutely incredible with her (my cat). I’ve never seen her so relaxed before and allow an examination to be done. They were like cat whisperers! They both truly listened to our distress over my cats illness and behaviors and formulated a plan. Ultrasound first. Jen, the Manager was instrumental in helping me drop my cat off early for her ultrasound appointment (and it was supposed to snow and Jen kept in contact with me until the day before just in case the weather changed..who does that?! Jen..that’s who). Simply outstanding service. The ultrasound went well, and that’s when I met Ash and Tara (at the front desk). They too were extremely friendly and helpful and proficient! Afterwards, I received a call from Tina about meds and she was also fantastic and made sure I understood what to do with them. I’ve had such an incredible experience here that we have decided to take our 3 other cats here as well. I’ve never felt so heard and seen and respected by all staff members of a vets office. I know my cats are in excellent hands now. Highly highly recommend this office!!!!”

“Dr. Rufus and Bob are excellent not only at what they do but also the way they handle your pet and speak to you. Dr. Rufus performs procedures for shelters like PALS at a reduced fee. I have been using Dr. Rufus for over 35 years. He is very thorough and they have great hours, if you contact the office during nonworking hours, they will get back to you. This demonstrates a very dedicated that service. I extremely recommend Colonial animal veterinarian hospital. Also the pricing of their services are very reasonable.”
