They were welcoming and helpful, even getting me in before my online-made appointment time. They even changed my blinker light free of charge because I brought my own bulb. “Hugh is the man! I had a whole KEY puncture my tire and was desperate to get it fixed quick to get to work and Hugh pulled me right in, put my car on the lift, found the key, carefully plugged the hole and checked 3 times for leaking. In and out and was super kind and sweet. I wish all the people I dealt with were as kind and accommodating at Hugh! What a pleasure! $26 and the plug held, have had no issues 3 weeks later. But If I did, Hugh said bring it back in and they'd patch it if the plug failed. Great customer service, but really, truly, just a great guy!”

Had to have my 2014 XC70in for service regarding the AWD system to be evaluated. The service department was absolutely wonderful getting me in quickly to figure out the problem and correct the issues. I’ve been a dedicated Keystone Volvo customer since 2008 and have purchased over 4 Volvo’s over this time period. “I’m very happy with the service I received! The instrument cluster in my Mercedes CLA250 started cutting in and out and after being jumpstarted after my two weeks trip outside of the country. I took my car to Dempster after two disappointing experiences with two other German car repair shops that both failed to identify what was the problem.
The scheduling was easy and I was able to drop off my car at 7:30 am in the morning before work and got a shuttle office back home. They were able to identify the problem very quickly and kept me updated on the status of my car via texts.
It ended up being a faulty battery and they replaced it at a very fair price (including an oil change)! And they worked really hard to give me my car back the same day! Ryan and Cam are both very kind and nice.
I would definitely come back in the future when I need a service on my car.”

I greatly appreciate their honesty, expertise, and their attention to detail. They even offered to give me a ride to pick up my rental car, and had my car ready a day earlier than expected. I rarely leave Google reviews, but I would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely use them for future repairs if needed.”

“I have never posted a google review before, however I wanted to post about a local family business who, I believe, deserves recognition. My auto mechanic retired a little while ago and I had been on the search for a trustworthy auto repair shop. I decided to give BBack a try about two years ago and I can see why they receive so much praise. I've always had a fine experience when visiting their garage. The reason for my review is, I had a part that needed replacement, but was replaced at my old mechanic's garage. Kevin, the owner, noted the brand of the part that needed replacement has a lifetime warranty and even though it was repaired at a different shop, he replaced it for free. I had no idea it would've been covered. When I was called and told what work needed to be done, it wasn't even a question- I was told it was being replaced under the warranty!
It should also be noted that Kevin had called me after hours, from his personal cell phone, to discuss and answer my questions about the needed repairs. As a woman, to try and understand a subject that's very much out of your realm and in a male dominated field can be intimidating. I was never made to feel like a burden, rushed or that my questions were a bother.
The office staff is communicative and very friendly, the waiting room is clean and the owner is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. If you are looking for a new repair shop, and want to feel like you and your car will be taken care of, look no further. Kudos, BBack!!”
