“Everyone was very friendly. Vehicle was great (full sized pick-up). Getting the vehicle and turning it in were very streamlined and quick. There was a glitch with the reservation, but was resolved quickly!”

It would be much better if you were able to rent anything in the fleet that's on site if you get enough status. My only complaint. Shouldn't have to pay extra for nice vehicles once you reach the kind of status I have.”

“The crew who run the budget counter at Pittsburgh International are amazing. Even when my fast break was not tied to my rental they added it and did not make me cancel my reservation. The gentleman in the garage assisted me to my rental. Though lines may be long and that may frustrate you. Always be polite as they are to you. “Yvonne at Dollar Rent a Car at Pittsburgh Airport is the lady to go too!!! Due to weather conditions, my fiancé and I were stranded 4hrs away from our home with no place to go. Yvonne was our life saver, she really went above and beyond to help us in EVERY WAY she could, when all other car rental companies didn't care to even try. She got us home, she was the reason we were able to make it back. To say we are grateful is an understatement. We cannot thank her enough for her professionalism and commitment to helping us as best she could. What an amazing woman, we are so thankful for her. “This was a great experience renting a vehicle. My plane landed late and I didn't get there until after 1am but all of the employees were very nice and helpful. Even though it was super late nobody treated me like they were inconvenienced by me showing up late (not my fault, the plane was delayed). I have been treated that way in the past by some Enterprise employees and not at 1 am. My only complaint is that if you are unsure of the location of the "garage" at the airport for Enterprise it is difficult to find because it's not really near the Enterprise counter. I had checked in online to try and streamline everything but spent a long time searching for the garage before I asked the counter person where I needed to go to find the garage, after having that information everything was fantastic.”
