Pretty sure I didn’t pay anything extra than I would’ve at a big box store either. Great selection and service. Will be back for my next pair”

“I have been going to the Butler Commons store for many years and I have to say that I have always had great service here. I walked in the other day and was greeted right away. I was looking around a bit and Dan, the manager, asked me if he could help me find something. Not only did he help me find what I needed, he took the time to explain the differences in the shoes so I could make an informed decision. He also took the time to take care of the shoe inserts (that you now have to cut to size?) so that I would not have to. And unless something would change, I always will purchase my shoes there, Thank you Dan for the great service!”

“The Butler store manager was very helpful with the return of a defective new pair of sandals (one shoe’s heal made a loud clicking noise inside of it with each step). Since there were not any of my size left in the store, the manager took time to locate a new pair using the computer, I would rate the Butler store service a 5, however, I was surprised that I had to pay $6.95 in shipping costs to get the replacement pair sent to me. That didn’t seem to be a very customer friendly policy on the part of Shoe Sensation! The shoes were a good sale deal & I really liked them to go with a dress, or I probably would not have paid for the shoes to be shipped and they would have lost my business.”
