“I have been going to the Butler Commons store for many years and I have to say that I have always had great service here. I walked in the other day and was greeted right away. I was looking around a bit and Dan, the manager, asked me if he could help me find something. Not only did he help me find what I needed, he took the time to explain the differences in the shoes so I could make an informed decision. He also took the time to take care of the shoe inserts (that you now have to cut to size?) so that I would not have to. And unless something would change, I always will purchase my shoes there, Thank you Dan for the great service!”

I have had to return 2 pairs of shoes in a matter of a week and both times I have been met with resistance on defected shoes, even with insurance on the shoes.With understanding and corporation these issues where resolved quickly.”

“Stopped in on Black Friday looking for a nice pair of leather work shoes with leather soles.Jim and John helped consult on a few different types, had a chance to walk around and test them out and it was a great experience! Glad I tried them on to make sure they were comfortable to wear. If you are in downtown Butler check out Millers, the shoes were actually more affordable in person than online.”
