“Fantastic experience with Mumma’s! Our old washer was smelling like burnt rubber. After calling several appliance repair companies, we were told that they could not service our machine. Then, we called Mumma’s. Within minutes, we knew what was wrong with the machine and that it wasn’t worth a repair attempt, sparing us the cost of a diagnostic visit. After talking through the pros and cons of several options, we were able to order a new washing machine over the phone. It was installed promptly! When the panel of the new unit was found to be malfunctioning, Mumma’s returned and fixed it the next business day. Fantastic business - appreciate your honesty and professionalism! Thank you!”

They have quilting patterns, clothing patterns, and sewing books around the store. I would definitely recommend and will be visiting again soon.”

“Had a problem with a brand new dewalt mower I had bought less than a month ago. Talked with CC in customer service . While disappointed in the lack of help on getting the mower back I was happy with my conversation with her. She was professional and polite. It’s the policy that is bad and not her fault. After arriving back to the store Diane and Mike were amazing. Wonderful help from them . Diane knew her product and Mike was so helpful. Some very good employees. Too bad the policies aren’t as good.”

“Can’t remember the name of the guy who helped me, but he was VERY knowledgeable about PCs. I am new to PCs and have 0 understanding of parts and performance. I explained my goal and he gave me plenty of options for what he would recommend. I ended up going with one a bit higher than my budget because it was everything I needed. He explained the one in my budget was fine, but would require more RAM, and the price of RAM would put me at the same price of the more expensive one anyways so it made more sense to spend more now to get a better GPU and the correct amount of RAM. He throughly explained the store credit card and was NOT pushy when I declined the offer. When I got home the GPU was DOA. I went back to the store and they swapped the PC out with a new one within a minute. Overall the experience was very smooth and informative. Store was clean and all the associates were friendly, helpful, and not overbearing.”
