“One of the only department stores in the area that has what you would expect in a typical department store and if you look carefully, bargains can be had. If you like one-stop shopping, this is the place!Every time I visit this store, I'm more & more impressed with the selection and prices of their merchandise. Their affordability is comparable to T. J. Maxx and Marshalls, but with a much better variety and quality. One of the last family-owned department stores on the East Coast, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and most of them have been with the company for a long time. Do yourself a favor and check it out in Camp Hill Shopping Center.Wife & I visited Boscov's on 5/26/24 Memorial Day Weekend. The store is undergoing renovations but they had sales.”

“Staff at Capital City are always accommodating and helpful even when busy the young lady even went back into the inventory room just to see if they had anymore of these shorts I liked in my size which I really appreciated cause I have a hard time finding shorts that fit right due to the size of my legs .”

“My bf and I came here yesterday to purchase a camera and all we have to say is the employees are SO kind, helpful and patience. We had talked to a male employee, we didn’t catch his name, who helped us out to check out but my gift card was having a problem but he stood there, waiting patiently while we contact customer service. Eventually he had to leave since his shift was over. Once we got our gift card together we asked for another male employee, Richard, for help. He was so polite helping us out. After everything that went wrong with my gift card, both of these employees did exceptionally well with providing us the best customer service. Even the male employee who helped us out in the beginning came back after his shift to make sure everything was okay. They both deserve recognition for their service as well as a raise. They’re both goats!!”

“Very few people working in JC Penney today. Therefore, they had only one fitting room open for women and one for men, and maybe two registers open in the whole store. So, that was not fun. However, they do remain open, with a decent variety of clothing that I could try on. And, many of the items were in sale and/or qualified for the 25% off coupon. Also, the fitting room was clean.In my opinion, it is worse to order online, only to have to return most of the items and pay for shipping on the return! I would much rather purchase clothing I was able to try on first.”
