“Everything I’ve purchased is good quality. I love everything I have purchased. Julz is such a great person. One day my girlfriend and I went to store when it opened and never left till she was about to close. We really enjoy Julz I can’t believe we hung out there that long but we did do some damage and came out with a lot of goodies. I got 2 purses, sandals, a pair of pants & a hoodie. Deducted 1 star because website said many things were out of stock that were not out of stock and they do not let customers use the restroom which is frustrating as this is in a stand alone. I would have stayed longer, and potentially spent more money, but I needed to use the restroom and had to drive somewhere else to do so.
I would like to see more products in 2xl sizes as well.”

“I’ll start this with the caveat that I lived near an Orvis outlet and two really good Orvis stores in eastern Pennsylvania. So, my standards are really high and I was definitely spoiled.
That said, I stopped in for a specific piece of luggage as I have other pieces from their collection.
I called ahead and checked if they had it, they did. I was really surprised that they had a hold on it for me the next day when I went into the store. Great customer service there!
Now, what really impressed me was their selection of women’s clothing — it far surpassed anything from the stores I had been accustomed to in eastern Pennsylvania. So I have to give a shout out to whoever is influencing that at the store level!
They had an impressive selection of men’s upland hunting clothing, however, I didn’t see any for women. I would recommend they stock more of that.
Finally, and this isn’t exclusive to the Pittsburgh store itself, but I am really pleased that Orvis is starting to utilize recycled polyester, and some of their products.”

“Rather than go with the big box tuxedo rental (Black Tux, Men’s Warehouse, etc), I decided to go to Joseph Orlando for my and my groomsmen’s wedding suits and we could not have been happier! From the very beginning, Joseph Orlando was receptive to the idea and worked through the different options and the best way to get us all measured and tailored so we were looking sharp. He even worked with multiple members of the wedding party that lived half the country away to ensure they got a perfect suit for our big day. I can’t thank him and the store enough, they were great to work with and we all ended up with a great looking new suit rather than the sloppy rentals from the big box stores. “It is amazing how many different things can be in one store that isn't super size. This is it. Camping, canoeing, hiking , running, fishing,..yes it's all here. And the friendly staff is very willing to help if you have questions. While the prices are somewhat higher, so is the quality. Best to have something that lasts and you'll enjoy the entire time.”

“Was visiting Carson Street with no real agenda other than to find a record store and stumbled upon this absolute gem of a store! I had to walk in and was transported to a different place and time. Amazing stickers and patches filled with nostalgia. An incredible line up of clothing and jewelry. The staff was very attentive and kind, spent a little time talking to the owner, great dude! After a purchase I just couldn’t walk out the front door without, he offered us free gifts on the way out on top of the root beer barrel candies! What an experience! “I am very happy that I went into BFF in Etna, PA. I have rode by the shop many times before but never had a need to go in and explore. My daughter started baton twirling and this was the perfect place to go to order her baton. I received a prompt return call and had flexibility with scheduling my measurement appointment. The shop was clean and organized with beautiful dance decor. I was greeted immediately and made to feel very welcomed! The owner was extremely personable and very appreciative for my business! She took time to properly measure my daughter for her new baton. She even allowed my curious child to explore around the shop while answering her many questions. The ordering process was easy. I was hesitant about driving the hour to attempt and exchange them but was pleasantly surprised at how Jenny the manager was and handled it. She exchanged my pants no problem at all no extra fees no hassle nothing negative to say. I decided to buy another pair as well and leave a good review because it was well deserved.”

“Worth the stop! Jamie’s facials are out of this world relaxing and detoxing! I had her monthly special of a gua sha facial for $120 and got ear seeds as a free upgrade as part of her monthly specials! She has a different special facial every month. Her room is so relaxing and the shop in the front of the store has such cute clothes and knick knacks and accessories. There is even a children’s section of the shop! Tons of parking and just the kindest women who own this spot, highly recommend shopping + getting a facial!”
