I provided her the size needed, and she ordered me a new ring. Once she received it, she overnighted it to me free of charge and even included a prepaid shipping label to return the small ring. “What a great and friendly group of people! I'm 63, and have wanted a Prince Albert piercing for over 40 years. Lots of homework, and HRPC stood out. Clean, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff, made my experience great. Tanner was my piercer, and Cade was observing the procedure. Both guys put me at ease immediately, explained EVERYTHING at each step, and the piercing part was over in a second. Couldn't have went better. I highly recommend these two, and the shop overall. Nancy at the Robinson location has helped me twice, and both experiences were nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable, explained every step of the process, and took the time to answer all of my questions. There was a great selection of crystals, jewelry , and other delightful oddities, and we went home with several items ❤️. The staff was kind, helpful and patient.
