“Most of the workers here are friendly and helpful. However, this is the worst DG in the area with all the empty shelves. Currently there is NO dry cat food whatsoever. None! They are constantly out of everything and the selection sucks. There is never, ever any Arizona green tea. It seems like the other stores in the area have better stocked shelves and better selections of products.”

“Dear Valued Customers, On behalf of our entire store team, I want to sincerely apologize for the extended closure of our Main Street location over the past several weeks. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient it has been to arrive at our doors and find them closed, especially without clear updates or communication. Our store has now been closed for more than three weeks, and we recognize the impact this has had on your daily routines and household needs. Please know that your local store management team has been actively seeking answers and updates throughout this process. Unfortunately, communication delays and a lack of timely information from higher levels within the company left us without clear details to share. The absence of updates has been just as difficult for us as it has been for you. We have continuously advocated for clarity so we could provide accurate information to our customers. At times, the limited responses we received left us feeling unheard and discouraged. However, our commitment to you and this community has never wavered. This store is more than a retail location — it is a part of our neighborhood. We know many of you rely on us for affordable essentials, convenience, and the welcoming atmosphere our team works hard to create every single day. Your loyalty and patience mean more to us than we can express. We truly appreciate your understanding during this challenging period. As soon as we receive confirmed information regarding reopening, we will make every effort to communicate that promptly. Thank you for standing by us. We look forward to welcoming you back soon — with the same smiles and warm greetings you have come to expect. With gratitude, Your Main Street Dollar General Store Team Bloomsburg, PA”
