“Any jokes about post office inefficiency do not apply to this location. My wife and I went here to get our first passports. We expected this to be a long process. It wasn't. Mark, the clerk who helped us, actually had us finished before the time our appointment was scheduled for. I'm glad this is my Post Office.”

“I put the wrong address on something that was being shipped to me and this post office bent over backwards to communicate with me, find the package, and get it to me. Thank you, Emily!”

“Mary Ann was extremely helpful on my last visit. She saved me a substantial amount on shipping with a different package vs. how I already packed my item when I arrived.”

101 Union Ave, Oakdale PA 15071
“This was my second time to this location and the first time I encountered a very sweet employee but I didn’t get her name! The second time, Emma went above and beyond to help me get my bridal shower invites stamped and showed me new stamps coming in for my wedding invitations. She was so kind and nice to talk to. In a world where people don’t appreciate others or go out of their way she deserves a little recognition today! Very impressed with this location!”

“The employees at this location are kind, knowledgeable and helpful with any questions that I have. I’ve been going to this location for years and for my small Etsy business and they are all so polite, patient and professional. Very glad to have these specific employees as workers since I am there so frequently!”

90 W Steuben St, Pittsburgh PA 15205
“Fabulous, friendly postal workers. Always kind and eager to help. We moved cross country not long ago, but they already remember us. I’ve no idea why patrons are so ill-tempered in line or in their reviews. The folks at the Crafton P.O. not only put up with a lot, but they do so with patience. Moreover, for us, they have helped make our new neighborhood home.”

“I love this 24hr lobby. You can buy stamps, get packages scanned in, buy postage for letters and packages. But.... I sell some stuff online & went there to put in the bigger package accepting mechanism and some idiot put in a package, I'm guessing, that was too big and jammed it. So needless to say I could not put my package in because it would not open fully without getting caught on something. Other than that I would just wish they had a closer location to me. But it's nice to be able to go all hours of the night!”

“I've been shipping items to clients for years and for the first time forgot to put the label on a package. I truly thought the item was a goner. Upper Saint Clair was able to get the package back to me the next day, as the packaging had an old shipping label addressed to me on it, but hidden. I think this is an example of going above and beyond, as they could have easily tossed the packaging aside. It honestly made my day to get that item back. Love my mail carriers and have never had an issue at the actual post office location.”
