Reynaldo is the worst employee and idk how he's still there giving the worst customer service for the past 5 years. Save time and money and just go to UPS. Also the lights are all burnt out and it feels like the apocalypse in that store.

Black guy behind the counter was the most unfriendly and unhelpful human being. Must have been annoyed that he had to stop looking at his phone to wait on me. Not sure what his problem was, but he needs some training if he’s gonna work with the public.

As a retired postal employee, I find it a disgrace for someone as arrogant and disrespectful as Reynaldo to be permitted to have any interaction with the public. I've read many of the reviews and they are totally on point regarding this man. Thankfully there was a very kind female working as well.
