“It was our first visit to this store. The store is huge and they have alot of items. Christmas stuff was 50% off and they had fall and Halloween stuff also for 75% off. The two men that installed it were fantastic and they completed the work in 2 1/half days. “I stopped in on a whim after visiting another business in the same strip and let me tell ya, I am SO GLAD that I did. I thought maybe I would find a box of Christmas cards or some keepsakes, I love that kind of stuff, but what I found was so much more special.I found a Christmas tumbler with the image of a cat on the front with a cardinal on his head. This cat is a spitting image down to every marking of my beloved cat who passed away a few months ago. I miss him dearly. I cried the whole drive home.You never know what you will find. Go in, see what they have. I'm so glad that I did. Pouring rain, could have easily got in the car and left.”
“Ross is my favorite department store, so my experience at Ross dept store in Allentown was great!
I found many clothes items that I needed. If I had more time, I know I could find more products at a better than a bargain in other departments!

“A place that sells new name brand clothes for cheap. Not sure if it's surplus, lost freight, or factory defects. Selection is totally random. They also have house goods. Good place to stop in for a deal”

“A couple months ago I made a purchase online with Furniture Mecca and initially I had a pretty troubling experience. Due to that I left a derogatory review and rated them one star however, my issues were addressed and corrected after that post was made. I received my overcharge back and I received my product the very next date they had available. Today two months later they followed up with me on this post to apologize again and welcome any other comments or concerns I have. That is quality customer service in my eyes! Especially because I know they are a smaller company that covers a huge region of customers. They didn’t forget me and that’s a company I want to do business with. They will get down to the bottom of any issues that occur and resolve them and follow up when you least expect it. Also, I must say I am completely satisfied with the product. It’s very well put together which is hard to find in today’s furniture unless you spend a fortune. This reclining sectional I bought for my podcast room I will have for years! Thank you Furniture Mecca you guys are great!”

“Nice deals, but the staff can sometimes get pushy about closing time. It's gotten better lately, but in the past few months I've had staff stop me and tell me to go to the register or I won't be able to check out 10 mins before close. I get it they want to go home but it doesn't take me 10 minutes to look at their limited cat products in the pet section and make it back up to the register. Also they don't close for 10 mins? I can pick up a lot of things in 10 mins especially if it's like the face products right by the door.”
“My only go to store that I frequent in the 3D. Mostly all other purchases other than essentials are purchased online. The price is almost always right and I usually find what I'm looking for without a problem. The store is nicely laid out and for the most part the employees are courteous and helpful. There's been a few times I was not impressed by the people at the counter but they don't seem to be there any longer. The only complaint I have is that it's always hot in there. They should get the air conditioning fixed and have it on when it's necessary.”
