“Each time I enter the Quaker Town store in PA, I travel much from NJ, this is the most efficient store with very dedicated employees who go above & beyond. My favorites are Kamalah & Mark. I give this store the highest rating.”
“The UPS store on Cedar Crest is a pleasure. They are so capable whatever package I bring them. They are problem solvers, efficient and cheerful, especially Lauren.”
“Well, first they are conveniently located... and there is a free parking spot... and it smells like cookies (from the restaurant in the same building)... but the real reason is they are super nice and efficient real people!”
“I came to the store today to deliver two package and I meet with maiss and yari they were very friendly they very nice they're very knowledge and really really positive energy and I will come here from now on anytime I went to deliver any package they are the best service ever good thank you at”
“They’re fantastic! The two guys working there helped me put a large air mattress in its box, which I couldn’t do before. I truly appreciate your assistance, guys!”
“Staples was very friendly and polite. I had so many questions pop up in my head that they took the time to answer every one while they were busy. Im very happy that i went to that staples to be helped.”
“This is now my go to mailing hub. The staff is super friendly and they give personalized service. I am always greeted with a smile. They took the time to get to know me and send me my receipts by email which helps me to keep track of them better - no paper to lose. Someone is always there during their hours - this was a problem at the grocery store I was using. I love the one stop drop off location - I can drop off all my - USPS, FedEx and UPS - at one convenient location. No more running around town to different locations. I highly recommend this business!! Keep up the great work.”
“This is also MWG , in and out in 40 min for my pickup .. shipping office close to the employee parking in the middle of the warehouse, you can see some small stairs..”
“Friendly & helpful employees at this location.
Last time I was in: It was nearly closing time and the young woman, who was working the front on her own (other employees handling different tasks) was very notably multitasking. There were two customers present before me. Their transactions were finished in just moments.
When it was my turn, I had came prepared with QR but needed outer packaging for my small item. She knew exactly where my options were located and closely estimated the cost. Not only did she put knowledge-to-action, she switched stations to start with the next customer as I made my choice and then returned to me when she was free again. This employee is clearly the example of a talented person in motion, working diligently to place the customer first. She had all the answers for the customers and simultaneously replied to the passing employees as they went in and out to their FedEx vehicle.
I don't work for FedEx and know this person nor catch her name, but she was closing Tuesday 8/9/26. I was the one who came in with the bike 🚴

“Aneesh was fantastic and went above and beyond in taking care of us. Calm under pressure and easily doing 3 things at once. Give this man a raise!
Thank you Aneesh!”

“Danise or Danielle (front desk lady) helped us tremendously. She even delayed her lunch to accommodate my elderly mom, which truly meant a lot to us. She was incredibly kind, patient, and polite throughout the entire interaction. We genuinely appreciate all of her help and outstanding customer service.”
“Stopped in tonight to do some Amazon returns, and received wonderful customer service from Bruce. He worked hard to expedite customer service to everyone in the line, twice multitasking on two different registers helping out Amazon returns and checking out customers simultaneously. You don’t often see that level of customer service anymore, and it needs to be highlighted! Thank you!”
“I was in town for a memoral service for my cousin, and I needed 2 photos reproduced to a larger size. The woman at the copy center was very gracious even though she was by herself and had other order's before mine, she accomadated me immediately. She was so sweet and professiona to everyone who came to her counter.
She even went the extra mile and made some adjustments to one of the photos...made it look better then the original, it was amazing. Her customer service was top notch. I live in MD and the customer service here, I hate to say it, but I would not have gotten that kind of customer service at home. Kuddos to her. I think her name was Tina. Staples you need to give her a raise! :-))”
“The staff at the Emmaus, PA post office were fantastic! They provided great customer service and handled my mail order baby chicks with care and attention about 6 weeks ago. Everything arrived safely, and I was notified promptly. I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Thank you!”

“I use this terminal for 20+ Will Call pallet pick ups a year of close to 2000lbs. each. Always courteous, he4lpful and quick to load my vehicle. I very seldom have a problem with any damage, and when I do, it is minimal and not the terminal's fault, but an "in transit" problem.”
“The Hellertown Store has the nicest staff. Everyone is always helpful even when busy. I enjoy coming to this store over any others due to the expertise and helpfulness of the employees. I always recommend this store!”
“The absolute best post office I’ve ever dealt with. Like most people I’ve always dreaded having to go to the post office, but since moving up this way, I actually am happy to go. They are the sweetest, most personable people. The best.”

“The guy at the Center Valley location (not sure his name) he was very quick and knew how to multitask well. He did not wait for the line to pile up he helped multiple people at once and was quick on his feet. Truly impressed by the service and kindness received at this location.”
