“I was in town for a memoral service for my cousin, and I needed 2 photos reproduced to a larger size. The woman at the copy center was very gracious even though she was by herself and had other order's before mine, she accomadated me immediately. She was so sweet and professiona to everyone who came to her counter.
She even went the extra mile and made some adjustments to one of the photos...made it look better then the original, it was amazing. Her customer service was top notch. I live in MD and the customer service here, I hate to say it, but I would not have gotten that kind of customer service at home. Kuddos to her. I think her name was Tina. “I use this terminal for 20+ Will Call pallet pick ups a year of close to 2000lbs. each. Always courteous, he4lpful and quick to load my vehicle. I very seldom have a problem with any damage, and when I do, it is minimal and not the terminal's fault, but an "in transit" problem.”
